مقایسه تاثیر شیوه‏های آموزش سنتی، الکترونیکی و الکترونیکی سنتی بر یادگیری درس داروشناسی در دانشجویان پرستاری

اهداف: افزایش روزافزون در استفاده از فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات در عصر حاضر سبب تغییر در آموزش و شیوه‏های آن شده و ضرورت پژوهش در حوزه آموزش الکترونیکی را دو چندان کرده است. پژوهش حاضر نیز با هدف مقایسه سه روش آموزش الکترونیکی، الکترونیکی سنتی و سنتی در یادگیری درس داروشناسی دانشجویان پرستاری، قصد دارد در جهت تحقق تحول آموزش گام بردارد.مواد و روش‌ها: در این مطالعه نیمه‌تجربی بر اساس روش نمونه‌گیری مبتنی بر هدف، 90 دانشجوی پرستاری ورودی 1393 و 1394 انتخاب شدند که درس داروشناسی را در ترم دوم سال تحصیلی 1394 داشتند. این افراد پس از اعلام موافقت به مطالعه وارد شدند. دانشجویان بر اساس تخصیص تصادفی به سه گروه آموزشی 30 نفری (الکترونیکی، سنتی و الکترونیکی سنتی) وارد مطالعه شدند. در پایان دوره، با مقایسه میانگین نمره دانشجویان تحت مطالعه، تاثیر سه روش آموزشی بر نمرات نهایی دانشجویان بررسی شد.یافته‌ها: بر اساس مقایسه میانگین نمرات آزمون پایان دوره تفاوت معناداری بین سه روش آموزشی مشاهده و مشخص شد که روش آموزش الکترونیکی سنتی در افزایش نمره دانشجویان موفق بوده است.نتیجه‌گیری: روش آموزش الکترونیکی سنتی می‌تواند روش جایگزینی در آموزش درس داروشناسی دانشکده‏های پرستاری استفاده شود.

A Comparison on the Effects of Traditional, Elearning and TraditionalE learning on the pharmacology course of nursing students

Background and aims: An increasing trend in the use of ICT in the present time has caused some changes in the educational system and its methods so it has doubled the need for researches and studies to be done in this domain. So, this study was to compare three methods: elearning, TraditionalE learning and traditional learning in the pharmacology lesson of nursing student to move forward for changing the educational system to an effective one.Methods: In this quasiexperimental study, 90 nursing students that have entered university during educational years of 2014 and 2015 and have passed the pharmacology lesson in their second semester were selected, based on purposive sampling methods, and agreed to participate in the study. They were then assigned to three groups that each had 30 students in it (elearning, TraditionalE learning and traditional learning). By the end of examination they were compared on the mean results of their final tests and the impact of the three different methods were examined.Findings: Based on the results of the mean final scores of the students at the end of test we found out that the difference between the three methods was significant. It was concluded that the TraditionalE learning method was successful for students due to an increase in their final results.Conclusions:TraditionalE learning method can be used as an alternative in teaching pharmacology for nursing.
