گزارش یک مورد سندرم سویر در یک زن جوان با آمنوره اولیه

زمینه: سندرم سویر یک اختلال نادر در تشکیل بیضه‌هاست که به علت فقدان یا وقوع جهش در ژن‌های مسئول تشکیل بیضه‌ها رخ می‌دهد و با افزایش خطر ایجاد تومور در گنادها همراه است. بیماران زنان جوان و غالبا بلند قامتی هستد که با آمنوره اولیه مراجعه می‌کنند و کاریوتایپ  xy, 46 دارند. به سبب عدم وجود تخمدان فعال؛ صفات ثانویه زنانه به میزان متغیری در این زنان بروز می‌کند. این گزارش موردی به معرفی یک زن جوان اختصاص دارد که با آمنوره اولیه مراجعه کرده و بررسی‌ها نشان داد که به تومور گنادوبلاستوم تخمدان مبتلا بود. شناسایی و درمان زودرس این سندرم در جهت پیشگیری و درمان تومور تخمدان اهمیت دارد. نتیجه‌گیری: تشخیص و شناسایی هر چه زودتر سندرم سویر در جهت پیشگیری و درمان تومورهای تخمدان اهمیت بسزایی دارد. همچنین با درمان مناسب و به کارگیری روش‌های نوین باید بتوان برای این بیماران امکان زندگی خانوادگی و جنسی مناسب و همچنین بارداری را فراهم آورد.

case report of swyer syndrome in a woman with primary amenorrhea

background: swyer syndrome is a rare disorder of testis development caused by genetic mutations of genes responsible for the development of the testis. the chance of tumors in these patients is very high. the patients are young and usually tall women who present with primary amenorrhea and 46, xy karyotype. given the absence of functional ovaries, secondary female characteristics are variable. this case report describes a young individual with swyer syndrome, presenting with primary amenorrhea and diagnosed with a gonadoblastoma of the ovary. early diagnosis and treatment of this syndrome are important to prevent and treat ovary tumors. conclusion: early diagnosis and treatment of swyer syndrome are essential for preventing ovarian tumors. furthermore, comprehensive management, including hormone replacement therapy and assisted reproductive technologies, is necessary to support normal sexual development and explore possibilities for pregnancy.
