طراحی و اعتبارسنجی برنامه آموزشی کارکردهای اجرایی و تاثیر آن بر بازداری پاسخ کودکان پیش‌دبستانی

مقدمه: کارکرد‌های اجرایی، مجموعه‌ای از فرآیند‌های شناختی است که نقش بسزایی در تنظیم رفتار انسان‌ها دارند. از آنجایی که در دوران پیش ‌دبستانی رشد این مهارت‌ها به حداکثر میزان خود می‌رسد، آموزش و تقویت آن می‌تواند تاثیر بسزایی در کنترل هیجانی کودکان داشته باشد. هدف از این پژوهش طراحی بسته آموزشی کارکردهای اجرایی و بررسی اثربخشی آن بازداری پاسخ کودکان پیش ‌دبستان بود.روش کار: پژوهش حاضر با طرح پیش ‌آزمون_پس ‌آزمون با گروه کنترل و دوره پیگیری دو ماهه انجام شد. جامعه آماری شامل کودکان مراکز پیش ‌دبستانی شهر تهران در سال تحصیلی 1402-1401 بود. با استفاده از روش نمونه ‌گیری تصادفی، 38 کودک انتخاب و به طور تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل قرار گرفتند. گروه آزمایش 20 جلسه مداخله آموزشی دریافت کردند. شرکت ‌کنندگان در پیش ‌آزمون_پس ‌آزمون و دو ماه پس از انجام مداخله به پرسشنامه رفتاری کارکردهای اجرایی (brief) پاسخ دادند. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ‌ها با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل واریانس آمیخته و در فضای نرم افزارspss  نسخه 25 انجام شد. یافته ‌ها: بر اساس یافته ‌های به دست آمده برنامه آموزشی طراحی شده به طور موثری سبب افزایش مهارت بازداری پاسخ کودکان پیش ‌دبستانی شد (0/001>p).نتیجه‌ گیری: نتایج نشان داد که ارائه آموزش ‌های مبتنی بر کارکردهای اجرایی می ‌تواند سبب بهبود عملکرد بازداری پاسخ در کودکان پیش ‌دبستان گردد و اهمیت و نقش مداخله به هنگام در رشد شناختی کودکان را بیش از پیش نمایان می‌ سازد.  

design, validation, and efficacy of an executive function training program on response inhibition in preschool children

introduction: executive functions are a set of cognitive processes that play a crucial role in regulating human behavior. given that these skills reach their peak during the preschool years, teachingand strengthening them significantly impact children’s emotional control. the present study aimed to design an executive function training package and examine its effectiveness on response inhibition in preschool children.methods: this study employed a pre-test-post-test design with a control group and a two-monthfollow-up period. the population consisted of preschool children in tehran, iran, during the academic year 2021-2022. thirty-eight children were selected and randomly assigned to experimentaland control groups using a random sampling method. the experimental group received 20 sessions of training intervention. participants completed the brief questionnaire in the pre-test, post-test, and two months after the intervention. data analysis was conducted using mixed-design anova in spss version 25.results: the findings revealed that the designed training program effectively increased response inhibition skills in preschool children (p<0.001).conclusion: the results indicated that providing executive function-based training can improveresponse inhibition performance in preschool children, highlighting the importance and role of timely intervention in children’s cognitive development.
