بررسی تاثیر آموزش پردازش حسی بر برخی مهارت‌های عصب روان‌شناختی دانش‌آموزان با آسیب بینایی

مقدمه: آسیب بینایی تمام جنبه‌های زندگی فرد از جمله مهارت ‌های شناختی و عصب روان شناختی وی را تحت‌ تاثیر قرار می‌دهد، این در حالی ‌که استفاده از برنامه‌ آموزش پردازش حسی با نتایج مطلوبی همراه بوده است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تاثیر آموزش پردازش حسی بر برخی از مهارت‌های عصب روان‌شناختی توجه، حافظه و کارکردهای اجرایی دانش‌آموزان با آسیب بینایی انجام شد. روش کار: پژوهش حاضر از نوع تک آزمودنی و با طرح خط پایه، مداخله و پیگیری بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیه دانش‌آموزان دبستانی با آسیب بینایی شهر اصفهان تشکیل بود که از میان آنها 5 دانش‌آموز که در زمینه مهارت ‌های عصب روان‌شناختی دارای مشکل بودند با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس وارد مطالعه شدند. مداخله آموزشی پردازش حسی بر روی گروه نمونه در ده جلسه به صورت هفته‌ای سه جلسه و هر جلسه 45 دقیقه‌ انجام گرفت. ابزار مورد استفاده در این پژوهش، پرسشنامه عصب روان‌شناختی connors بود. داده‌های به دست آمده به شیوه تحلیل دیداری مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که آموزش پردازش حسی به طور قابل توجهی سبب بهبود مهارت‌های عصب روان‌شناختی توجه، حافظه و کارکردهای اجرایی دانش‌آموزان دبستانی با آسیب بینایی می شود.نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به نتایج به دست آمده در پژوهش حاضر، پیشنهاد می‌شود که در کنار سایر روش‌های آموزشی و توان‌بخشی کودکان با آسیب بینایی، روش آموزش پردازش حسی نیز به کار برده شود.

The effectiveness of sensory processing training on some neuropsychology skills of students with visual impairment

Introduction: Visual impairment affects all aspect of individual's life and its family, as well as cognitive and neuropsychological skills; however, the use of sensory processing training has been associated with desirable outcomes. The present research aimed to investigate of the effectiveness of sensory processing training on some neuropsychology skills of attention, working memory and executive functions of students with visual impairment.Methods: The present study was a singlesubject study with the base line, intervention and follow up design. The participants included elementary students with visual impairment in Isfahan city, among whom 5 students who had problems in neuropsychological skills and with visual impairment were selected using convenient sampling method. In total, 10 sessions, three sessions per week of 45minutes sensory processing training were administrated to sample group. The instrument used in the present research was Connors neuropsychological questionnaire. The obtained data were analyzed using visual analysis.Results: The results showed that sensory processing training led to improve attention, working memory and executive functioning neuropsychology skills of students with visual impairment.Conclusion: Consequently, with paying attention to the obtained results of the present research, recommend that along with the other educational and rehabilitation methods for children with visual impairment, applied sensory processing training can be taken into account.
