پدیدارشناسی معنای زندگی در اندیشه هوسرل

ادموند هوسرل، فیلسوف سرشناس معاصر، با تکیه بر حیث التفاتی آگاهی، روش نوین پدیدارشناسی استعلایی را در فلسفه غرب مطرح کرد. طبق این روش، بر خلاف تجربه‌باوران، حقیقت نه ریشه در تجربه‌های حسی از جهان فیزیکی دارد، نه از عناصر متافیزیکی برمی‌خیزد، بلکه امری است که پیشاروی آگاهی قرار گرفته و متعلَّق آن به حساب می‌آید. در این فرایند، جهان فیزیکی به تعلیق درمی‌آید و آنچه باقی می‌ماند آگاهی و تجربۀ التفاتی و ایدئال از ذات اشیاء است. از این رو، جهان آن گونه که بر آگاهی پدیدار می‌شود معیار حقیقت خواهد بود. از نظر او، تنها راه تبدیل شدن فلسفه به علمی متقن و به تبع آن رهایی از بحران جهان معاصر و دست‌یابی به عالم زندگیِ مطلوب به‌کارگیری روش پدیدارشناسی استعلایی است. هوسرل پرسش از معنای زندگی را به شکل مستقیم مورد بررسی قرار نداده، اما چشم‌انداز نوینی را برای عالم زندگی تصویر کرده است. طبق این نگرش نوین، که در پژوهش حاضر تحلیل خواهد شد، زندگی آن گونه که بر ما پدیدار شده و شهود بی‌واسطه از آن داریم، حقیقتی استعلایی است که بر بستر عقلانیت می‌تواند افق نوینی را برایمان بگشاید.

The Phenomenological Meaning of Life in Husserl’s Thought

The wellknown contemporary philosopher, Edmund Husserl, relying on the intentionality of consciousness, introduced a new method of transcendental phenomenology in Western philosophy. According to this method, contrary to empiricists, truth is not rooted in sensory experiences of the physical world, nor arises from metaphysical elements, but is something that is subject to consciousness and is considered to belong to it. In this process, the physical world is suspended, and what remains is the deliberate and ideal knowledge and experience of the nature of things. Hence, the world as it appears on consciousness will be the standard of truth. In his view, the only way for philosophy to become a sound science and, consequently, to get rid of the crisis of the contemporary world and to achieve the desired lifeworld is to use the method of the transcendental phenomenology. Husserl did not address the question of the meaning of life directly, but portrayed a new perspective on the lifeworld. According to this new approach, which will be analyzed in the present study, living as it appears to us and having direct intuition of it, is a transcendental truth that on the basis of rationality can open a new horizon for us.
