تحلیل توزیع فضایی پایگاه‌های اورژانس پیش بیمارستانی در شهر اردبیل

پایگاه‌های اورژانس پیش‌بیمارستانی از مراکزی هستند که به طور مستقیم در تامین سلامت افراد و جامعه دخیل هستند، لذا کمبود، نارسایی و عدم مکان‌یابی بهینه آن مشکلات عدیده‌ای برای ساکنان بوجود می‌آورد. تحقیق حاضر از نظر هدف جزو تحقیقات کاربردی و توصیفی- تحلیلی می‌باشد. هدف پژوهش حاضر تحلیل توزیع فضایی پایگاه‌های اورژانس پیش‌بیمارستانی در شهر اردبیل و شناسایی محدوده خدمات‌رسانی هر پایگاه با استفاده از تکنیک network analysis در بستر سیستم اطلاعات جغرافیایی است. برای نیل به هدف مذکور، تحقیق در سه فاز انجام شده است. فاز اول ایجاد ژئودیتابیس مور نیاز تحلیل، فاز دوم ایجاد لایه تحلیل شبکه با مرز محدوده شهر و تحلیل محدوده خدمات‌رسانی براساس استاندارد زمانی و فاصله‌ای، فاز سوم شناسایی محله‌های شهری محروم از خدمات اورژانس پیش‌بیمارستانی. برای تحلیل محدوده خدمات‌رسانی پایگاه‌های اورژانس در این تحقیق از استاندارد زمانی 3 دقیقه جهانی و استاندارد رایج 8 دقیقه‌ای در ایران استفاده شده است. همچنین شعاع عملکردی 1700 متر برای خدمات‌رسانی پایگاه‌ها در نظر گرفته شده است. نتایج حاصل از تحلیل شبکه بر مبنای زمان و مسافت نشان داد که شهر اردبیل در توزیع متناسب پایگاه‌های اورژانس در سطح شهر وضعیت مطلوبی ندارد و همه مناطق شهری به طور کامل تحت پوشش نیستند، بطوریکه در نواحی مانند شهرک کوثر و شهرک دادگستری در اطراف دریاچه شورابیل و همچنین در شمال غربی شهر در محله سلمان‌آباد خلاء خدماتی پایگاه‌ها کاملا به چشم می‌خورد. با پیشنهاد احداث پایگاه‌های جدید در نواحی شهرک ساحلی، کوثر، سلمان‌آباد و کشاورزی نیز خلاء خدماتی کمتر شده و شهر بیشتر زیر پوشش خواهد بود.

analysis of the spatial distribution of pre-hospital emergency centers in ardabil city

pre-hospital emergency centers are one of the centers that are involved in providing the health of people and society, so their lack, insufficiency and lack of optimal location causes many problems for the residents. in terms of its purpose, this research is an applied and descriptive-analytical research. the aim of the current research is to analyze the spatial distribution of pre-hospital emergency centers in ardabil city and to identify the service area of each center using network analysis technique in gis. the research has been done in three phases. the 1) creating of geodatabase required for analysis, 2) creating a network analysis layer with the border of the city and analyze the service areas based on time and distance standards, 3) identifying urban neighborhoods deprived of pre-hospital emergency services. the global time standard of 3 minutes and the common standard of 8 minutes in iran have been used. also, a functional radius of 1700 meters has been considered serving with the emergency centers. the results showed that the city of ardabil is not in a favorable situation in the proportional distribution of emergency centers on the city level, and all urban areas are not fully covered. in areas such as kosar and dadgostari towns around shorabil lake, also, in the northwest of the city, in the neighborhood of salmanabad, the service gap of the emergency centers is clearly visible. with relocation of existing centers or building new centers in the towns if of sahili, kosar, and keshaavarzi, and finally in salmanabad neighborhood, the service gap will be reduced and the city will be more covered.
