تبیین سناریوهای اثرگذار پیوندهای روستایی – شهری بر امنیت غذایی نواحی روستایی مورد مطالعه: نواحی پیراشهری دهدشت

قدیمی‌ترین و اصلی‌ترین پیوند روستایی- شهری، پیوند در زمینه تامین غذا بوده است به‌طوری‌که تداوم تولید محصولات غذایی در نواحی روستایی پیراشهری به‌عنوان استراتژی‌های امنیت غذایی، تاثیر مثبتی بر تنوع و امنیت غذایی شهرها داشته است؛ ازاین‌رو تدوین سناریوهایی که زمینه‌ تحقق پیوندهای روستایی - شهری موثر در امنیت غذایی را فراهم می‌سازد، باید مورد توجه قرار گیرد؛ بنابراین هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر، بررسی سناریوهای اثرگذاری پیوندهای روستایی- شهری بر امنیت غذایی نواحی پیراشهری شهر دهدشت می باشد که با مشارکت مدیران، مسولان و خبرگان دانشگاهی، ابتدا پیشران‌های اثرگذاری پیوندهای روستایی- شهری بر امنیت غذایی نواحی روستایی شناسایی و سپس سناریوهای موثر بر امنیت غذایی تدوین گردید. این پژوهش همچنین از نظر هدف کاربردی و به لحاظ روش، توصیفی-تحلیلی است. روش گردآوری داده‌ها و اطلاعات به‌صورت کتابخانه‌ای، اسنادی و پیمایشی (مصاحبه) بود. با بررسی منابع علمی، 76 عامل تاثیرگذار بر پیوندهای روستایی- شهری موثر در امنیت غذایی شناسایی و در 4 بعد دسته‌بندی شدند. درمجموع، 25 نفر از مدیران سازمان‌های مرتبط و متخصصان دانشگاهی مورد مصاحبه قرار گرفتند. تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها بر اساس تکنیک‌های آینده‌پژوهی انجام شد، ازجمله تحلیل ساختار و تحلیل اثرات متقابل با استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای (micmac وscenario wizard). نتایج نشان دادند که 12 سناریو با سازگاری ضعیف و تنها یک سناریو با سازگاری قوی و پایدار (ناسازگاری صفر) وجود دارد. سناریوی اول که یک سناریو با جهت مثبت است، دارای مجموع امتیاز اثر متقابل 665 و ارزش سازگاری 5 است. درحالی‌که سناریوی دوم که سناریوی نامطلوب است، دارای مجموع امتیاز اثر متقابل 94 و ارزش سازگاری 1- است. سناریوی سوم (پابرجا) نیز دارای ارزش سازگاری 1- بوده و با مجموع امتیاز اثر متقابل 36 می‌تواند یکی از سناریوهای محتمل برای آینده‌ پیوندهای روستایی- شهری موثر بر امنیت غذایی باشد.

explaining the effective scenarios of rural-urban linkages on food security in rural areas (case study of peri-urban areas of dehdasht)

the oldest and main rural-urban link has been the link in the field of food supply, so that the continuation of the production of food products in peri-urban rural areas as a food security strategy has had a positive effect on the food diversity and food security of the cities, hence the development of scenarios that are effective in the realization of rural-urban links in security. therefore, the main objective of the current research is to investigate the scenarios of the impact of rural-urban linkages on food security in peri-urban areas of dehdasht city. this is done with the collaboration of managers, officials, and academic experts to identify the key drivers of the impact of rural-urban linkages on food security in rural areas and then develop effective scenarios for food security. this research is also applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical method. the method of collecting data and information was library, document and survey (interview). by examining scientific sources, 76 factors affecting rural-urban linkages effective in food security were identified, which were categorized into 4 dimensions. in total, 25 managers of related organizations and academic experts were interviewed. data analysis was performed based on prospective research techniques, including structure analysis and interaction analysis using software (micmac and scenario wizard). the results showed that there are 12 scenarios with weak adaptation and only one scenario with strong and stable adaptation (zero incompatibility). the first scenario, which is a positively oriented scenario, has a total interaction score of 665 and a compatibility value of 5. while the second scenario, which is an unfavorable scenario, has a total interaction effect score of 94 and a compatibility value of -1. the third scenario (standing) also has a compatibility value of -1 and with a total interaction effect score of 36, it can be one of the possible scenarios for the future of rural-urban linkages affecting food security.
