بررسی و تحلیل عوامل موثر بر توسعۀ ساختار کالبدی- فضایی شهر قم با رویکرد آینده‌‌پژوهی

امروزه آگاهی از ساختار فضایی شهرها و دلایلی که در دوره‌های مختلف بر چگونگی گسترش فضایی آن حاکم بوده، برای کنترل گسترش آن ضرورت دارد. هدف از این پژوهش بررسی و تحلیل عوامل موثر بر توسعه ساختار کالبدیفضایی شهر قم با رویکرد آینده پژوهی می‌باشد. پژوهش حاضر ازنظر هدف کاربردی، از حیث روش ترکیبی از روش‌های اسنادی و پیمایشی در سطح اکتشافی و مبتنی بر رویکرد آینده‌پژوهی است که با به‌کارگیری ترکیبی از مدل‌های کمی و کیفی صورت گرفته است. روش جمع‌آوری اطلاعات مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای و میدانی است. در این پژوهش از روش تحلیل ساختاری و تکنیک دلفی استفاده‌شده است. نرم‌افزارهای مورداستفاده در این پژوهش نرم‌افزار mic mac و arc gis می‌باشد. بر اساس مدل تحلیل ساختاری تعداد 38 شاخص در 6 گروه متغیر بر اساس مطالعات پیشین و نظر کارشناسان شناسایی و موردبررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد میزان تاثیرگذاری متغیرهای کالبدی و متغیر سیاسی – مدیریتی بسیار بیشتر از میزان تاثیرپذیری آن‌هاست و درواقع به‌عنوان مهم‌ترین متغیرهای موثر بر توسعه کالبدی – فضایی شهر قم شناخته شدند. از سوی دیگر در بین شاخص‌های موردسنجش، شاخص‌های تبدیل‌شدن شهرستان قم به استان در سال 1375 و ارتقاء شهر قم به مرکز استان، رونق تجارت و شکل‌گیری بازار و گسترش آن و سیاست‌های دولت و قوانین و مقررات شهری به‌عنوان مهم‌ترین شاخص‌های موثر شناسایی شدند.

Investigation and analysis of factors affecting the development of physical-spatial structure of Qom city with a futures research approach

Today, Awareness of the spatial structure of cities and the reasons that dominate its spatial development in different periods is necessary to control its expansion. The purpose of this research is to investigate and analyze the factors affecting the development of the physicalspatial structure of Qom city with the approach of Perspective studies. The present research is aimed at applying a combination of exploratory and exploratory methods based on a perspective approach that has been implemented using a combination of quantitative and qualitative models. The method of data collection is library and field studies. In this research, structural analysis and Delphi technique have been used. The software used in this study is MIC MAC software and ARC GIS software. Based on the structural analysis model, 38 indicators were identified and evaluated in 6 groups of variables based on previous studies and experts’ opinions. The results of the system analysis indicated that the level of influence of physical and Political – managerial variables is far more than their effectiveness, and in fact they were recognized as the most important variables affecting the physical and spatial development of Qom. On the other hand, among its indices, the indices of converting the city of Qom to the province in 1996 and promoting the city of Qom to the provincial capital, the prosperity of trade and the formation of the market and its expansion, and government policies and urban laws and regulations were identified as the most important indicators.
