تعیین راهبردهای توسعۀ گردشگری پایدار در نواحی ساحلی با تاکید بر گردشگری طبیعت‌محور، مطالعۀ موردی: منطقۀ ساحلی بندر مقام تا بندر حسینه در استان هرمزگان

گردشگری طبیعت‌محور به‌عنوان یکی از انواع گردشگری می‌تواند نقش مهمی در توسعه پایدار مناطق ایفا کند و همچنین اثرات مهمی بر روی ارتقاء سلامت جسمی و روحی گردشگران داشته باشد. شهرستان بندر‌لنگه از ظرفیت‌های طبیعی متعددی همچون سواحل شنی، صخره‌ای و مرجانی منحصربه‌فرد، جزایر متعدد، گنبدهای نمکی و چشم‌اندازهای کوهستانی کم‌نظیر برخوردار است که حاکی از ظرفیت این شهرستان برای توسعه گردشگری طبیعت‌محور است؛ اگرچه تاکنون از این ظرفیت‌های بالقوه و بالفعل استفاده موثر نشده است. هدف این پژوهش تدوین راهبردهای توسعه گردشگری پایدار با تاکید بر گردشگری طبیعت‌محور در منطقه غرب شهرستان بندرلنگه است. بدین منظور، ابتدا عوامل درونی (قوت و ضعف) و بیرونی (فرصت و تهدید) با بهره‌گیری از تکنیک سوات (swot) و نظر متخصصان مشخص گردید و بر اساس آن‌ها راهبرد‌های توسعه پایدار منطقه تعیین و درنهایت رتبه‌بندی راهبردها با استفاده از تکنیک ماتریس برنامه‌ریزی راهبردی کمی (qspm) انجام گردید. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که راهبردهایی همچون فراهم آوردن تجهیزات و تسهیلات گردشگری طبیعت‌محور در سواحل منطقه، ارائه تجهیزات تفریحات و ورزش‌های آبی در سواحل منطقه و هدایت گردشگران طبیعت‌محور استان فارس، جزیره کیش و کشورهای حاشیه خلیج‌فارس به منطقه، به ترتیب بیشترین امتیازات را به خود اختصاص دادند. یافته‌های این پژوهش می‌تواند به منظور برنامه ریزی و توسعه گردشگری طبیعت‌محور و به دنبال آن دستیابی به توسعه پایدار در این منطقه مدنظر مدیران، تصمیم گیران و برنامه ریزان قرار گیرد.

Determination of Sustainable Tourism Development Strategies in Coastal Areas with Emphasis on Nature-based Tourism, Coastal Area of Bandar Mogham to Bandar Hasineh in Hormozgan Province

Naturebased tourism as one of the types of tourism can play an important role in the sustainable development of regions and also have important effects on improving the physical and mental health of tourists. Bandar Lengeh County has several natural capacities such as unique sandy, rocky and coral beaches, numerous islands, salt domes and unique mountain landscapes that indicate the proper capacity of this county for the development of naturebased tourism. However, it’s potential and actual capacities have not yet been used effectively. The aim of this study is to determine the strategies for the development of sustainable tourism with an emphasis on naturebased tourism in the western region of Bandar Lengeh County. For this purpose, first, the internal factors (strength and weakness) and external (opportunity and threat) were determined using SWOT technique and the opinion of experts and then based on them, the strategies for developing naturebased tourism in the region have been identified, Finally, the strategies were ranked using the quantitative strategic planning matrix (QSPM) technique. The results show that strategies such as providing naturebased tourism equipment and facilities on the region’s coasts, providing equipment for water sports and recreation on the region’s coasts, and guiding tourists from Fars province, Kish island and the Persian Gulf countries to the region are more important in order than other strategies. The findings of this study can be considered by managers, decisionmakers and planners in order to plan and develop naturebased tourism and subsequently achieve sustainable development in this region.
