تحلیل فضایی رابطۀ فرم شهری با شاخص دسترسی مورد مطالعه: شهر مراغه

فرم شهری برآیند شرایط محیطی و تصمیمات برنامه ریزی در بستر زمان می باشد. مطالعه و پژوهش در فرم شهری به دلیل تاثیرات آن بر عملکرد های شهری از جمله کیفیت دسترسی شهروندان به خدمات مستقر در شهر دارای اهمیت می باشد. هر کدام از انواع فرمها شهری فشرده و یا پراکنده، در دسترسی شهروندان به خدمات تاثیر گذار هستند. هدف از این تحقیق شناسایی الگوی فرم شهری محلات شهری مراغه و نحوه دسترسی شهروندان به خدمات شهری می باشد. تحقیق از نظر ماهیت از نوع توصیفیتحلیلی که از طریق مطالعه اسنادی کتابخانه ای انجام گرفته است.در تحلیل داده ها از روش فازی و نرم افزارهای gis و spss استفاده شده است. یافته‌ های تحقیق نشان می دهد که الگوی فرم شهری مراغه بصورت فشرده و پراکنده توسعه یافته است. بدین صورت که شهر در مرکز و بافتهای قدیمی دارای الگوی فشرده و متراکم و در پیرامون و بافتهای حاشیه ای بصورت پراکنده و نیمه پراکنده می باشد.از طرفی نتایج تحلیل همبستگی میان فرم متراکم و شاخص دسترسی حاکی از وجود همبستگی معنی دار میان این دو متغیر می باشد. بگونه ای که ضریب دسترسی محلات و نواحی مرکزی بهتر از بافتهای حاشیه ای و جدید می باشد. وجود این شرایط در فرم شهری عدم تعادل فضایی در توزیع جمعیت و فعالیتها در سطح نواحی و به ویژه محلات شهری را موجب گردیده است. از طرفی برخی از شاخصهای دسترسی نظیر نسبت شبکه ارتباطی در محلات مرکزی از سهم پایینتری نسبت به محلات حاشیه ای برخوردار هستند. این عامل در کنار استقرار بسیاری از فعالیتها و امکانات در این قسمت از شهرموجب هدایت حجم انبوهی از سفرهای درون شهری به مقصد محلات مرکزی شهر و در نتیجه مشکلات ازدحام و ترافیک سنگین را ایجاد کرده است.

Spatial Analysis of the Relationship of Urban Form with Access Index (Case Study: Maragheh City)

Urban form is based on environmental conditions and planning decisions in the context of time.The study of urban forms,is important due to its effects on urban functions,including the quality of citizens access to services located in the city.Each of the urban forms is compact or scatter are impact in the access of citizens to services.The purpose of this research is to identify the urban form of urban neighborhoods in Maragheh and how citizens access to urban services.Research in terms of the nature of the descriptive analytical type that has been done through the documentary library study.in data analysis from Fuzzy method and GIS and SPSS software were used.The research findings show that the Maragheh urban form pattern has been developed intensively and scattered. That way,the city in the center and the old textures have compact and dense patterns and in the periphery and marginal tissues are scattered and semidispersed.On the other hand, the results of the correlation analysis between the dense form and the access index indicate is a significant correlation between these two variables.So that the access to neighborhoods and central areas is better than the marginal and the new ones.On the other hand,some accessibility indicators such as the ratio of communication network in central neighborhoods have a lower share than marginal neighborhoods. This factor,along with the establishment of many activities and facilities in this part of the city, has led a large amount of intracity trips to the city’s central neighborhoods,resulting in heavy congestion and traffic problems.
