تدوین سناریوهای توسعۀ منطقۀ گردشگری استان گلستان، با رویکرد آینده‌‌پژوهی

گردشگری یکی از ابزارهای مهم توسعه در جهان شناخته شده است. استان گلستان بنا بر دارا بودن منابع طبیعی،تاریخی و فرهنگی منطقه مستعد در توسعه صنعت گردشگری است و این استان باید در سیاستها و برنامه های آینده خود، توجه خاصی به گردشگری به عنوان ابزاری موثر برای ادامه روند توسعه سیاسی، فرهنگی و اقتصادی داشته باشد. بنابراین این تحقیق به تدوین سناریوهای توسعه منطقه گردشگری استان گلستان با رویکرد آینده پژوهی می پردازد. این پژوهش از لحاظ هدف کاربردی، از نظر روش، ترکیبی از روشهای اسنادی و پیمایشی است .جامعه آماری این تحقیق شامل کلیه خبرگان و کارشناسانی است که در بخش گردشگری از دانش و تجربه کافی برخوردار می باشند. روش نمونه‌گیری غیر احتمالی به دو روش نمونه گیری قضاوتی و گلوله برفی است . ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات،پرسشنامه و مصاحبه با خبرگان بود. نتایج این پژوهش براساس خروجی نرم افزار میک مک نشان داد که 8 عامل اصلی در توسعه گردشگری آینده استان گلستان تاثیرگذار است. که به ترتیب این 8 عامل شامل مشارکت بخش خصوصی، فرهنگ پذیرش گردشگر، کارآفرینی در بخش گردشگری، تاسیس مراکز خرید، امنیت گردشگران داخلی و خارجی، درآمد بخش گردشگری و تاسیسات زیربنایی دولت در صنعت گردشگری می باشد. براساس دومعیار « شدت عدم قطعیت» و «میزان اهمیت» و از ترکیب دو محور عدم قطعیت«کارآفرینی بخش گردشگری » و «فرهنگ پذیرش گردشگر» چهار سناریو برای چهار آینده محتمل استان گلستان، شناسایی و تدوین شدند.

In terms of the purpose of this research, the method is a combination of documentary and scrolling methods. The statistical population of this research includes all experts.Which has enough knowledge and experience in the tourism sector. The nonprobabilistic sampling method is using two methods for judging and snowball sampling. The data gathering tool was a questionnaire and an interview with experts. The results of this study Based on the MicMac software output showed that the eight main factors affecting the future development of the Golestan province are influential. According to these, eight factors include private sector participation, tourism acceptance culture, entrepreneurship in the tourism sector, establishment of shopping centers, security of domestic and foreign tourists, incomes of the tourism sector and infrastructure of the government in the tourism industry. four scenarios were identified and selected Based on the twofold uncertainty and importance, For the four likely future of Golestan province from the combination of two axes of uncertainty tourism entrepreneurship and tourism acceptance culture.
