تبیین نقش آفرینی جغرافیایی-سیاسی مهاجرت در ایران

اگرچه مهاجرت یکی از ابعاد مهم توسعه اقتصادی اجتماعی قلمداد می شود، ولی، امروزه با توجه به سطح بالای مهاجرت و تحرکات جمعیتی بین نواحی مختلف جغرافیایی اقتصادی فرهنگی اجتماعی و به تبع آن شکل گیری انواع ناهنجاری های فضایی به ویژه از نوع فرهنگی اجتماعی و بنابراین ایجاد زمینه برای بروز انواع مشکلات و بحران های سیاسی، فرهنگی اجتماعی و اقتصادی و ...، موضوع مهاجرت به یکی از مسائل پیچیده برای جوامع مهاجرپذیر و حتی مهاجرفرست تبدیل شده که، جامعه ایران علی‏الخصص با توجه به ترکیب خاص سرزمینی و جمعیتی از لحاظ فرهنگی قومیتی، سیاسی و اقتصادی برای مطالعه این موضوع نمونه بارزی بشمار می رود. به طور کلی، با توجه به نتایج این پژوهش، از منظر جغرافیایی سیاسی، مهاجرت در سازماندهی سیاسی، فرهنگی اجتماعی و اقتصادی فضای ایران، به ویژه فضای جغرافیایی مهاجرپذیر و مهاجرفرست نقش بسزایی ایفا می کند و حتی با توجه به خلق چشم اندازهای جدید فرهنگی و اقتصادی، پتانسیل بالایی برای ایجاد مشکلات و بحران های مختلف امنیتی در کشور دارد. درمجموع، در این پژوهش سعی شده پتانسیل های نقش آفرینی جغرافیایی سیاسی مهاجرت، با استفاده از روش توصیفی تحلیلی، و در ارتباط با موضوع پراکندگی جغرافیایی جمعیت، همگونی ناهمگونی جمعیت و ساختار سیاسی متمرکز ایران مورد بررسی و تحلیل قرار گیرد.

Explaining the GeographicalPolitical Role of Migration in Iran

Migration is deemed to be one of the most important dimensions of socioeconomic development. Nowadays, however, it has turned into a complex issue for both the origin and destination communities of migrants. The issue rises due to the high level of migration and population movements between different geographic, economic, cultural and social areas. Consequently, spatial anomalies – especially of sociocultural nature – are formed, and the conditions for the emergence of various types of political, culturalsocial and economic crises, among others, have started to prevail. Given the specific territorial and demographic combination of Iran in terms of cultural, ethnic, political and economic, the Iranian society is a prominent case for studying this issue. The findings show that from the geographical and political point of view, migration plays a significant role in the political, cultural, social and economic organization of Iran’s space, particularly in the origin and destination of migration. Given the creation of new cultural and economic landscapes, Iran is prone to the emergence of various security issues and crises in the country. This study has tried to analyze the potentials of geographical and political role of migration, by discussing the issues of geographic distribution of population, the homogeneityheterogeneity of population and the centralized political structure of Iran. This study also employs a descriptiveanalytical method.
