آه، صیقلِ دل و روح

«آه» یکی از عناصر مهم و محوری مضمون‌سازی در شعر فارسی است و شاعران و عارفان در شعر خود با استفاده از این واژه، مضامین عرفانی متنوّعی خلق کرده‌اند. ذکر و دعا زمانی که از مرحلۀ زبانی به مرحلۀ وجودی و قلبی می‌رسند، تاثیرگذارتر و بابرکت‌تر می‌شوند، علّت تاثیرگذاری فوق‌العاده آه هم در این است که آه ذکر و استغاثه‌ای وجودی و قلبی است، هرکس که آه می‌کشد، در حقیقت از ته دل، به خداوند تبارک و تعالی استغاثه و طلبِ نیاز کرده است. هرقدر انسان عاجزتر و درمانده‌تر باشد، آهش قوی‌تر و تاثیرگذارتر می‌شود و ترکیباتی چون «زورِ ناتوانی» و «قدرتِ عجز» که در متون عرفانی فراوان به‌کار رفته‌اند، اشاره به این امر دارند که قدرتِ افراد عاجز و ناتوان در آه تاثیرگذارشان است. در این جستار، اقسام آه و نقش آنها در آرامش و تکامل معنوی انسان و مضمون‌های خلق شده از این واژه در معرض نقد و بررسی قرار گرفته است. پژوهش، براساس نحوۀ کاربرد این واژۀ مضمون‌ساز در آثار مهمّ عرفانی و ملاحظۀ دیدگاه‌های صاحب‌نظران و دریافت بی‌واسطه از آنها به روش تحلیل محتوای این آثار صورت گرفته است. نتیجه کلّی مقاله این است که آه کشیدن، در تقویت سیستم ایمنی بدن و آرامش و سلامتی جسمی و روحی انسان نقش مهمّی را ایفا می‌کند و آه‌های احساسی و عاطفی در جلا و صفای آیینۀ دل و روح موثّر بوده و در نهایت، موجب تعالی و کمال آدمی می‌شود و همۀ اینها نشانه‌هایی از نظم شگفت‌انگیز هستی و آفرینش احسن است.
