چکیده
|
هدف اصلی این مقاله بررسی میزان تاثیرگذاری عوامل مهم موثر بر مخارج بهداشتی و درمانی به عنوان شاخص سلامت در استان‌های ایران با استفاده از داده‌های پانل است. نتایج حاصل از آزمون فرضیه با استفاده از روش اثرات ثابت و روش تعمیم‌یافته گشتاورها در دوره زمانی 1390-1380 نشان می‌دهند که تعداد دانشجویان دانشگاه‌ها و مراکز آموزش عالی استان‌ها به عنوان شاخص نشان‌دهنده سرمایه انسانی، درآمد سرانه، تعداد بیمه‌شدگان اصلی تحت پوشش سازمان تامین اجتماعی بر حسب بیمه اختیاری استان‌ها، تاثیر مثبت و معناداری بر مخارج بهداشتی و درمانی به عنوان شاخص سلامت در استان‌های ایران دارد.

The Impact of Factors Affecting the Health Expenditures in the Provinces of Iran: Panel Data Approach

Abstract
|
The main objective of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of the most important factors affecting the health expenditures as an indicator of health in the provinces of Iran by using a panel data model. The results of hypothesis testing using fixed effects and GMM for the period 13901380 show that there is a positive and significant relationship among health expenditure (as an indicator for health ) and the number of students of university, higher education (as an indicator for human capital), per capita income, and the number of main insured covered by the social security organizations on the basis of voluntary insurance.
