نخستین گزارش از گونه کمیاب ramariopsis pulchella از ایران

در چارچوب جمع‌آوری و شناسایی قارچ‌های ماکروسکوپی ایران، نمونه‌هایی از یک قارچ مرجانی جمع‌آوری و براساس منابعی شامل کُرنر (1950 corner)، تحت نام ramariopsis pulchella (boud.) corner (agaricales, clavariaceae) شناسایی شد. این نخستین گزارش از گونه مذکور از ایران است که مشخصات آن به شرح زیر است: اندام بارده متشکل از شاخه‌های مرجانی شکل به رنگ صورتی کم‌رنگ تا بنفش پررنگ؛ شاخه‌های مرجانی دارای انشعابات منظم تا نامنظم دوتایی تا چندتایی در طول شاخه اصلی، انشعابات و نوک شاخه‌های فرعی؛ نوک شاخه‌ها و انشعابات ممکن است تیز تا گرد باشند؛ طول اندام بارده تا 5 سانتی‌متر، عرض شاخه‌ها در قطورترین قسمت تا 4 میلی‌متر و تعداد شاخه‌های تعیین‌کننده عرض و محدوده اندام بارده، متغیر؛ بازیدیوسپورها کروی تا شبه‌کروی، به ابعاد 5-3.5 × 3.5-2.5 میکرومتر؛ بازیدیوم‌ها استوانه‌ای تا چماقی شکل، شفاف، با چهار استریگما، به طول 40-28 میکرومتر. رنگ خاص اندام بارده از صورتی تا بنفش پررنگ، یک ویژگی مناسب برای شناسایی r. pulchella است، به طوری که تنها گونه شناسایی شده از جنس ramariopsis با این ترکیب رنگ می‌باشد.

first report of rare fungus ramariopsis pulchella from iran

in the framework of collecting and identifying macroscopic fungi of iran, samples of a coral mushroom were collected and identified as ramariopsis pulchella (boud.) corner (agaricales, clavariaceae) based on literature. this is the first report of species from iran. the characteristics of the identified taxon are as follows: the fruit body consists of coral-shaped branches, pale pink to deep purple; coral branches have regular to irregular sub-branches, double to multiple in length and tip; tips of branches and sub-branches may be sharp or rounded; length of the fruit body is up to 5 cm and the number of branches that determines the width and range of the fruit body is variable; spores spherical to semi-spherical with dimensions of 2.5–3.5 × 3.5–5 µm. specimen examined: iran: mazandaran province, pol-e sefid, anarom, saprophyte on soil on the debris of plants and leaves, 6.7.2023, asef, m.r.
