گذار از اقتصاد بین‌الملل به اقتصاد جهانی

در این مقاله کوشش خواهد شد که شکل‏گیری یک میدان جدید و متفاوت برای کنش اقتصادی مورد مطالعه قرار گیرد. این میدان جدید، اقتصاد جهانی نام دارد که پدیده‏ای فراتر از اقتصاد بین‏الملل است و ماهیت آن و پدیده‏های بنیادین تاثیرگذار در آن متفاوت با اقتصاد بین‏الملل هستند. در این فضای تازه، پدیده‏های مانند سرمایه جهانی و زنجیره ارزش جهانی شکل گرفته‏اند که بدون در نظر گرفتن آن‌ها  نمی‏توان تحلیل درستی از ساخت اقتصادی چه در داخل کشورها و چه در محیط جهانی به دست آورد. شیوه سیاست‏گذاری نیز در این محیط نوین متفاوت خواهد بود. در این مقاله کوشش می‏کنیم تا نشان دهیم شکل‌گیری پدیدارهای تازه جهانی موجب شکل‏گیری فضای اقتصاد جهانی شده است و این فضای نوین جایگاه کشورهای مختلف را بر حسب نوع رفتار و جایگاه آن‌ها  در ساخت نوین جهانی تغییر داده است. در قسمت اول مقاله تلاش خواهیم کرد نشان دهیم با وجود اختلاف‌نظرهای فراوان در حوزه نظریه‏ها، این نظریه‏ها در مورد شکل‏گیری اقتصاد جهانی و وارد شدن جهان به این مرحله جدید اتفاق نظر دارند. سپس با استفاده از منابعی مانند گزارش‏های سالانه سازمان تجارت جهانی، انکتاد و صندوق بین‏المللی پول اطلاعاتی را ارائه می‏کنیم که نشان دهد در فضای کنش واقعی و فراسوی نظریه‏ها این تحول به راستی اتفاق افتاده و دنیا از این منظر وارد فضای نو شده است.

Transition from an International Economy to a Global Economy

The purpose of this article is to analyze the emergence of a new and different field for economic action. This new field is called the world economy, which is beyond the international economy, and its nature and the fundamental forces affecting it differ from those affecting the international economy. Due to this new environment, phenomena such as global capital and the global value chain have emerged, without which it is impossible to obtain a correct picture of the construction of economics, both within countries and globally. Policymaking will also be different in this new environment. This article is meant to demonstrate how the development of new global phenomena contributed to the emergence of a new global economic climate that has transformed the behavior and position of nations within the new global order. Despite the many differences between theories, in the first part of this article, we will try to highlight the fact that they agree on the formation of the world economy and the world entering a new stage. Based on the data gathered from sources such as the annual reports of the World Trade Organization, the UNDP, and the International Monetary Fund, we present in the second section that the change has actually occurred and the world has entered a new space.
