نقش فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات (ict) در اثرگذاری واسطه‌های مالی بر رشد اقتصادی در استان‌های ایران: با روش gmm داده‌های تابلویی پویا

هدف اصلی در این مطالعه بررسی تاثیر پیشرفت فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات بر اثرگذاری واسطه‌های مالی بر رشد اقتصادی در استان‌های ایران است. به همین منظور ابتدا براساس تقسیم‌بندی سازمان فناوری اطلاعات، استان‌های کشور به دو گروه استان‌های با توسعه فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات بالاتر از میانگین و استان‌های پایین‌تر از میانگین کشور تقسیم شده‌اند. سپس با جمع‌آوری اطلاعات و آمارهای مورد نیاز طی دو دوره پنجساله 1389-1385 و1394-1390 در چارچوب الگوهای پانل پویا و با استفاده از تخمین زن گشتاورهای تعمیم یافته(gmm)، نقش فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات در اثرگذاری واسطه‌های مالی بر رشد اقتصادی در دو گروه مختلف استان‌ها به بوته آزمون و بررسی گذاشته شد. نتایج حاصل از این مطالعه بیانگر آن است که اولا تاثیر واسطه‌های مالی بر رشد اقتصادی در هر دو دوره و در هر دو گروه استان‌ها منفی است. ثانیا با پشرفت فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات، اثر منفی واسطه‌های مالی بر رشد اقتصادی کاهش می‌دهد. همچنین با توجه به نتایج به دست آمده تاثیر متغیرهای نرخ تورم و اندازه دولت بر رشد اقتصادی در هر دو گروه استان‌ها منفی بوده است.

Role of Information and Communication Technology in the Effect of Financial Intermediaries on Economic Growth in Iranian Provinces: Generalized Method of Moments

The main objective of this study is to investigate the effect of ICT improvement on the effect of financial intermediaries on economic growth in Iran’s provinces. For this purpose, according to the classification of the Information Technology Organization, the provinces are divided into two groups of provinces with the development of information and communication technology Higher and lower than average. Then, gather information and data required during two fiveyear periods 20062010, 20112015 and in the context of dynamic panel models using estimators GMM , the role of ICT in the effectiveness of financial intermediaries on economic growth in the two groups Provinces were tested and checked. The results of this study indicate that, first; the effect of financial intermediaries on the growth in both periods and in both groups of provinces is negative. Secondly: the level of ICT development reduces the negative effect of financial intermediaries on economic growth. Also, according to the results, the impact of the inflation rate and government size on economic growth in both groups of provinces was negative.
