رویکردی جرم شناختی– اسلامی بر قلمرو تاثیر عوامل زیستی بر رفتار مجرمانه

بزه، بزه دیده و بزهکار سازنده مثلث علمی جرم شناسی تا به امروز کانون توجه بسیاری از جرم شناسان بوده اند اما در این بین بزهکار را می توان مهمترین ضلعِ مثلث جرم شناسی قلمداد کرد. تردیدی نیست که زیست شناسان جنایی طلایه داران بررسی ویژگی های بزهکارانند، زیست شناسانی که گاه با رویکردی افراطی و با تبعیت از نظریه جبرگرایی زیستی قائل به وجود تیپ جنایی بوده و بزهکاران را انسان هایی متمایز از غیر بزهکاران دانسته و گاه با رویکردی تعادل گرا، منکر وجود کروموزم جنایت و مفهوم جبر جنایی شده و با الهام از زیست شناسیِ اجتماعی، بزهکار را موجودی مختار اما دارای گرایش های رفتاری منحرفانه قلمداد کرده اند.دین مبین اسلام نیز در راستای بهینه سازی ژنتیک و تحقق هدف آرمانی »انسان کامل «، هر چند در برگیرنده آیات و روایات متعددی است که بر نقش عوامل زیستی بر سرنوشت انسان تاکید می کنند، اما همواره جایگاه انسان را در بینابین وادی جبر و اختیار تفسیر کرده و به هیچ روی از بزهکار به عنوان موجودی که اسیر سرنوشت محتوم خویش است، یاد نکرده است.

Criminological–Islamic approach of the territory of biological factors to criminal behavior

Biologists who have accepted the criminal type and believed that the offenders are different human beings from nonoffenders, with a radical approach and following the theory of biological determinism, and those who have denied the existence of criminal chromosomes and concept of criminal algebra, and considered criminals as human beings with free will, but also with a tendency toward deviant behavior, inspired by sociobiology, With a balanceoriented approach.Islam, although contains many verses and traditions which focus on the role of biological factors on human destiny, but always interpret the place of man between the realm of algebra and freedom in order to genetic optimization and achieve the ideal of perfect man , and it never has seen the offender as a creature captured by his indispensable destiny.
