بررسی رابطه بین هوش فرهنگی با تاب‌آوری و جهت گیری مذهبی دانشجومعلمان دانشگاه فرهنگیان استان بوشهر

هدف: این تحقیق با هدف بررسی رابطۀ بین هوش فرهنگی با تاب‌آوری و جهت‌گیری مذهبی دانشجومعلمان انجام شد. روش: پژوهش حاضر از حیث ماهیت، کاربردی؛ بر اساس هدف، توصیفی؛ بر مبنای روش نوع‌پژوهی، کمّی و بر مبنای زمان‌پژوهی، حال‌نگر و آینده‌نگر بود. همچنین روش تحقیق به کار گرفته شده در این پژوهش، توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی بود. جامعۀ آماری این پژوهش، دانشجومعلمان رشتۀ آموزش ابتدایی دانشگاه فرهنگیان استان بوشهر بود که تعداد آنان بر اساس گزارش واحد آمار دانشگاه فرهنگیان استان بوشهر برابر با 379 نفر می‌باشد. با توجه به ماهیت پژوهش، از میان این دانشجویان با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای نسبی و با استفاده از جدول کرجسی و مورگان(1970)، 181 نفر به عنوان نمونۀ مدّ نظر انتخاب شد. ابزار اندازه‌گیری در این پژوهش از دو پرسشنامۀ استانداردشدۀ‌ هوش فرهنگی انگ و همکاران(2004) و تاب‌آوری کانر و دیویدسون(2003) و همچنین پرسشنامۀ محقق‌ساختۀ باورهای مذهبی استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: بین همۀ مولفه‌های هوش فرهنگی و تاب‌آوری و جهت‌گیری مذهبی با توجه به معناداری‌های به دست‌آمده(کمتر از 0.05)، همسبتگی مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد. نتیجه‌گیری: بین هوش فرهنگی فراشناختی، شناختی، انگیزشی و رفتاری با تاب‌آوری و جهت‌گیری مذهبی دانشجومعلمان دانشگاه فرهنگیان استان بوشهر، رابطۀ مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد؛ یعنی افرادی که هوش فرهنگی بالاتری دارند، میزان تاب‌آوری و جهت‌گیری مذهبی آنان نیز بالاتر است.

investigating the relationship between cultural intelligence and resilience and religious orientation of student teachers at farhangian university of bushehr

objective: this study aims to examine the relationship between cultural intelligence and resilience and religious orientation of student teachers. method: the present study is applied and quantitative reasearch with descriptive design. the participants of this study included teachers in the field of elementary education at farhangian university of bushehr province, whose number is 379 people. a total of individuals were selected through relative stratified random sampling.considering the research, 181 students were selected .findings: the findings showed that there is a positive and relationship between all components of cultural intelligence and resilience and religious orientation. conclusion: the results of the research indicated that there is a positive and significant relationship between metacognitive, cognitive, motivational, and behavioral variables and resilience and religious orientation of student-teachers of farhangian university of bushehr province, it means that people with higher cultural intelligence also have higher levels of resilience and religious orientation.
