تحلیل اولویت‌ها، چالش‌ها و راهکارهای گروه معارف اسلامی از منظر اساتید معارف خراسان جنوبی

هدف این پژوهش، شناسایی و تحلیل چالش‌ها، راهکارها و اولویت‌های گروه معارف اسلامی در دانشگاه‌های استان خراسان جنوبی از منظر اساتید این گروه است. مطالعه با رویکرد کیفی و از طریق مصاحبه ‌نیمه‌ساختاریافته با 16 نفر از اساتید گروه معارف اسلامی انجام گرفت. داده‌های گردآوری‌شده با روش تحلیل مضمون و استفاده از نرم‌افزار maxqda مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند. یافته‌ها نشان داد که مهم‌ترین اولویت‌های اساتید شامل تبیین‌گری به‌ویژه در حوزه انقلاب اسلامی، تسلط علمی، مهارت‌های ارتباطی، و شایستگی‌های اخلاقی است. همچنین چالش‌های شناسایی‌شده در چهار محور اساتید، دانشجویان، محتوای دروس و برنامه‌ریزی آموزشی طبقه‌بندی شدند. از جمله چالش‌های برجسته می‌توان به کمبود اعضای هیات علمی، بی‌علاقگی دانشجویان، یکنواختی و عدم جذابیت محتوای دروس و تراکم کلاس‌ها اشاره کرد. در پاسخ به این چالش‌ها، اساتید بر به‌روزرسانی محتوا، ارتقای سطح علمی و مهارتی استاد، استفاده از روش‌های تدریس نوآورانه، و اصلاح ساختارهای سازمانی تاکید داشتند. نتایج این پژوهش می‌تواند مبنایی برای بازنگری در سیاست‌گذاری‌های آموزشی و بهبود کیفیت دروس معارف اسلامی در دانشگاه‌ها باشد.

analysis of priorities, challenges and solutions, and of the islamic studies department from the perspective of islamic studies professors in south khorasan

this research aims to identify and analyze the challenges, solutions, and priorities of the islamic studies department in the universities of south khorasan province from the perspective of its professors. the study adopted a qualitative approach and employed semi-structured interviews with 16 professors from the islamic studies department. the collected data were analyzed using thematic analysis and maxqda software. the findings revealed that the most significant priorities of the professors include clarification, particularly in the field of the islamic revolution, scientific mastery, communication skills, and ethical competence. furthermore, the identified challenges were categorized into four areas: professors, students, course content, and educational planning. prominent challenges include a shortage of faculty members, students’ lack of interest, monotony and lack of appeal in course content, and overcrowded classrooms. in response to these challenges, professors emphasized updating content, enhancing the academic and professional skills of professors, utilizing innovative teaching methods, and reforming organizational structures. the results of this research can serve as a basis for revising educational policies and improving the quality of islamic studies courses in universities.
