بررسی تطبیقی مدل حکمی -اجتهادی و مدل فرهنگستان علوم اسلامی در روش شناسی تولید علوم انسانی اسلامی

هدف: هدف از این نوشتار، ارزیابی مدلهای تولید علم دینی به لحاظ روش‌شناختی بود که از تحلیل مبانی بنیادین تا منطق حاکم بر اخذ روش را در بر می‌گیرد و گامی اساسی در خروج از مباحث نظری و انتزاعی و حرکت در پیشبرد ادبیات علم دینی به لحاظ عینی و کاربردی است. روش: این نوشتار با روش توصیفی- تحلیلی به بررسی تطبیقی دو مدل حکمی- اجتهادی و مدل فرهنگستان علوم می‌پردازد. یافته‌ها: مدل حکمی- اجتهادی با توجه به فلسفۀ مضاف تاسیسی و روش‌شناسی حاکم بر آن، به روش‌شناسی عامی می‌رسد که روش انتزاعی کلی‌نگر است و ارتباطش با مصادیقش، به نحو کلی و جزیی است؛ لذا در مدل پیشنهادی خود، با رویکردی تلفیقی از روشهای تجربی، عقلی، نقلی و اجتهادی استفاده می‌کند. مدل فرهنگستان علوم نیز با فلسفۀ تاسیسی شدن، به روش عام حاکم بر علوم دست می‌یازد که علاوه بر رویکردکل‌نگرانه، به فرایند تغییر و تکامل سیستم توجه دارد و در مدل پیشنهادی خود، از روشهای عقلی، تجربی، نقلی و اجتهادی بهره می‌برد. نتیجه‌گیری: هر دو مدل به دلیل پرداختن به اکثر مولفه‌های روش‌شناختی، نسبت به سایر مدلهای فلسفی- اجتهادی، گامهای عملیاتی موثری در پیشبرد ادبیات علم دینی و خروج از مباحث انتزاعی برداشته‌اند. رویکرد کاربردی به فلسفه و توجه به فلسفه‌های مضاف، همچون استفاده از ظرفیت اجتهاد فراتر از روشهای مرسوم و اعتقاد به روش‌شناسی اسلامی در تولید علم و... از مهم‌ترین مواضع اشتراک و اختلاف در برخی مبانی معرفت‌شناختی، همچون چگونگی فلسفۀ تاسیسی و روش تحقیق تکاملی در فرایند تولید علم دینی، از مهم‌ترین مواضع اختلاف دو دیدگاه محسوب می‌شود.

objective: evaluating religious science production models from a methodological perspective is a fundamental step in moving beyond theoretical and abstract discussions and advancing the literature of religious science in an objective and practical manner. method: this paper employs a descriptive-analytical approach to conduct a comparative study of two models: the jurisprudential-ijtihadi model and the academy of sciences model. findings: the jurisprudential-ijtihadi model, considering its foundational philosophy and prevailing methodology, arrives at a general methodology that is abstract and holistic. its relationship with its instances is both general and specific, utilizing a blended approach of empirical, rational, transmitted, and ijtihadi methods. the academy of sciences model, on the other hand, engages with the foundational philosophy of a general methodology governing sciences, which, in addition to a holistic approach, pays attention to the processes of change and evolution within the system, drawing on rational, empirical, transmitted, and ijtihadi methods. conclusion: an applied approach to philosophy and attention to additional philosophies; utilizing the capacity of ijtihad beyond conventional methods; and other significant points of commonality and difference in certain epistemological foundations, such as the nature of foundational philosophy, are among the most important areas of divergence between the two perspectives.
