تبیین و نقد مبانی آزادی آکادمیک در غرب

هدف: این مقاله در راستای زمینه‌سازی تدوین نظریۀ اسلامی آزادی آکادمیک تحریر شد و در صدد بود با بررسی پیشینه و مبادی آزادی آکادمیک در غرب، معنا و قلمرو آزادی آکادمیک را تبیین و مبانی آن را استخراج و نقد کند. روش: در این مقاله از روش توصیفی و تحلیلی استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: تاثیرات ایدئولوژیک فلسفی معنا و تاکیدات، قلمرو مفهوم آزادی آکادمیک را تغییر می‌دهند. نتیجه‌گیری: اسلام، آزادی را بر اساس توحید بیان می‌کند و لیبرال غرب بر اساس ماده؛ حدود آزادی در اسلام، موازین اسلامی است و در غرب، آسیب‌رسانی به اصول و موازین دموکراسی. ماهیت ایدئولوژیک یک جامعۀ اسلامی، آن را هدف‌گرا (کمال‌گرا) در مقایسه با منفعت‌گرایی لیبرال می‌سازد؛ این حاکمیت است که نقش روشن در تعریف ماموریت و تعهد به آن دارد؛ این ماهیت امت اسلامی همراه با سازوکار اجتهاد، موجب تحول آزادی آکادمیک در اسلام و انجام وظایف آکادمیک می‌شود. در واقع؛ این نه فقط برای محققان، موسسه دانشگاهی و دولت یک تکلیف است، بلکه تکلیف همگانی و امانت خدا به انسان است.

explanation and criticism of the foundations of academic freedom in the west

this article has been written in the context of the development of the islamic theory of academic freedom and aims to explain the meaning and scope of academic freedom by examining the background and principles of academic freedom in the west and extracting and criticizing its foundations. for this purpose, a descriptive and analytical method was used. the results show that the philosophical ideological effects of meaning and emphasis change the realm of the concept of academic freedom. islam expresses freedom based on monotheism, and the liberal west based on the article, the limits of freedom in islam are islamic standards, and in the west, damage to the principles and standards of democracy. the ideological nature of an islamic society makes it goal-oriented (perfectionist) compared to liberal utilitarianism, it is the government that has a clear role in defining the mission and commitment to it, this nature of the islamic nation together with the mechanism of ijtihad causes the transformation of freedom. academic in islam and performing academic duties, in fact, this is not only a task for researchers, academic institutions and the government, but it is the task of everyone and the trust of god to man.
