تبیین فرایند توسعه مالکیت معنوی دانشجو- معلمان در راستای ارتقا کیفیت کنش‌های علمی دانشگاه فرهنگیان

هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی و تبیین ابعاد فرایند توسعۀ مالکیت معنوی دانشجو- معلمان در ارتقا سطح علمی دانشگاه فرهنگیان انجام شد. روش: رویکرد تحقیق، کیفی از نوع تحلیل محتوای استقرایی با تاکید بر شیوۀ خود ادراکی بود. مشارکت‌کنندگان دانشجو- معلمان شاغل در دانشگاه فرهنگیان شهید مطهری خوی در سال تحصیلی 1401-1400 بودند که 17 نفر از آنان به صورت نمونه‌گیری هدفمند از نوع شاخص، مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. در این راستا مصاحبه‌های نیمه سازمان‌یافته‌ای از آنها صورت گرفت و نمونه‌گیری تا اشباع داده‌ها ادامه یافت. برای اعتبارسنجی یافته‌ها، از روش خودبازبینی محقق و توصیف غنی داده‌ها و برای تعیین پایایی داده‌ها، از روش تحلیل موازی استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: یافته‌های این تحقیق شامل هشت مقولۀ اصلی، 26 مقولۀ فرعی و 159 کد اولیه است که مقوله‌های اصلی آن، مبتنی بر شاخصه‌های فرهنگ آموزشی، پژوهشگری، حرفه‌ای‌گری، خودانگارۀ‌ معلمی، هویت علمی، خودرهبری، گفتمان سازمانی و خودزیستی علمی است. نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج نشان داد که در راستای توسعه و غنی‌سازی فرایندها و کنشهای آموزشی، فعالیت‌های فکورانۀ دانشجو- معلمان محور اقدامات درسی و تربیتی قرار گیرد و به کارگیری اندیشه‌ها و دیدگاههای جدید منبعث از تجاربی باشد که در عمل به کار گرفته شده‌اند.

explaining the intellectual property development process of student-teachers in order to improve the quality of scientific actions of farhangian university

aim: the present research is conducted with the aim of identifying and explaining the dimensions of the intellectual property development process of students-teachers in improving the scientific level of farhangian university.method: the qualitative research approach was inductive content analysis with an emphasis on self-perception. the participants were students-teachers working at shahid motahari khoi farhangian university in the academic year 1400-1401, and 19 of them were studied as a purposeful index sampling. in this regard, semi-structured interviews were conducted with them and sampling continued until data saturation. to validate the findings, the researcher’s self-review method and the rich description of the data were used, and the parallel analysis method was used to determine the reliability of the data.results: the findings of this research include 8 main categories, 26 sub-categories and 159 primary codes, which are based on the indicators of educational culture, research, professionalism, teacher’s self-concept, scientific identity, self-leadership, organizational discourse and scientific self-life.conclusion: the authors of the survey conclude that in line with the development and enrichment of educational processes and actions, the intellectual activities of students-teachers should be the focus of curricular and educational measures, and the application of new ideas and perspectives should be based on the experiences that have been used in practice.
