کاربست مبانی انسان‌شناختی آیت الله مصباح یزدی در نظریه قرارداد اجتماعی جان لاک

هدف: در راستای طرح تحول در علوم انسانی، گام نخست استخراج مبانی انسان‌شناختی، هستی‌شناختی و... نظریات غربی و کاربست مبانی اسلامی در این نظریه‌هاست. استخراج و تحلیل مبانی انسان‌شناختی نظریۀ قرارداد اجتماعی جان لاک و کاربست مبانی انسان‌شناختی آیت‌الله مصباح در این نظریه و دستیابی به نظریۀ قرارداد اجتماعی با رویکرد اسلامی هدف این تحقیق بود. روش: در نوشتار حاضر به روش توصیفی- تحلیلی به استخراج مبانی انسان‌شناختی نظریۀ قرارداد اجتماعی لاک و جایگذاری مبانی انسان‌شناختی آیت‌الله مصباح یزدی در این نظریه پرداخته شده است. یافته‌ها و نتیجه‌گیری: اجتماع‌گرایی انسان و میل او به ایجاد حکومت، ریشه در گرایش فطری تعالی‌طلبی و حق‌جویی فرد دارد. انسانها با توافق یکدیگر دستورات و قوانین دینی و الهی را مرجع حل اختلافات خود قرار می‌دهند و برای تضمین سعادت خویش، آنچه حق و درست است را می‌پذیرند. بر این اساس، فردی را که فهم بهتری از دین و دستورات الهی دارد و نظرش به حقیقت نزدیک‌تر است، به عنوان حاکم و داور خویش انتخاب می‌کنند.

the application of the anthropological principles of ayatollah misbah yazdi in john locke’s social contract theory.

aim: in line with the transformation plan in human sciences, the first step is to extract anthropological, ontological, and western theories and apply islamic principles in these theories. the aim of the survey is to extract and analyze the anthropological foundations of john locke’s social contract theory and the application of ayatollah misbah’s anthropological foundations in this theory to achieve the social contract theory with an islamic approach. method: in the present article, the descriptive-analytical method is used to extract the anthropological foundations of locke’s social contract theory and to place the anthropological foundations of ayatollah misbah yazdi in this theory. results and conclusions: some of the results obtained from the application of professor misbah’s anthropological foundations in the social contract theory are: human socialism and his desire to create a government is rooted in the natural tendency of the individual to seek excellence and seek justice. by mutual agreement, people put religious and divine orders and laws as a reference for solving their differences and accept what is true and right to ensure their happiness. based on this, they choose the person who has the best understanding of religion and divine orders and whose opinion is closest to the truth as their ruler and judge.
