روش شناسی قرآن کریم در تسهیل دستیابی انسان به رشد و موفقیت

هدف: هدف از آفرینش، رشد انسان، تکامل شخصیت و رسیدن به جایگاه در خور شان اوست. قرآن کریم نیز به عنوان یکی از کلیدی‌ترین اهداف، بدان توجه ویژه‌ای کرده است. لذا هدف از انجام این پژوهش، شناخت روشهای قرآن کریم در زدودن موانع و انگیزه‌بخشی برای ایجاد بستر و تسهیل رشد و تعالی انسان بود. روش: برای دستیابی به روشهای قرآن در عبور از موانع و دستیابی به موفقیت، از روش تحلیل محتوا استفاده شده است. یافته‌ها و نتایج: یافته‌های مقاله حکایت از آن دارد که قرآن کریم در چهار مرحلۀ پیوسته، زمینه‌‌های رشد و موفقیت انسان را فراهم کرده است: در مرحلۀ اول، خداوند برای انتخاب مسیر و نقشۀ راه، فکر و اندیشۀ او را پرورش داده است. در مرحلۀ دوم، به منظور تثبیث در مسیر، مواهب گوناگون و عنایات ویژه را شامل او ساخته است. در مرحلۀ سوم، با توجه به مشکلات و مسائل فرارو و به منظور عبور از این موانع، با ایجاد انگیزه و تقویت روحی، آنان را مجهز کرده و دستیابی به موفقیت را تسهیل می‌کند و در مرحلۀ آخر، به منظور تکریم از تلاش و مجاهدت، ارتقای رتبه و منزلت داده و بهترین منزلت را در دنیا و در آخرت نصیبشان می‌کند.

aim: the purpose of creation is the growth and evolution of humanity, fostering the development of individual personalities, and attaining a dignified position. the holy quran places significant emphasis on this objective, considering it one of the most paramount goals. understanding the methods outlined in the holy quran for overcoming obstacles and fostering motivation can serve as a foundation for human growth and excellence. method: this article employs content analysis to elucidate the quranic methods for surmounting challenges and achieving success. results and conclusion  :the findings of this study reveal that the holy quran paves the way for human growth and success through four continuous stages: 1) guidance of thoughts: in the initial stage, allah nurtures human thoughts and ideas, guiding individuals to choose their path and road map. 2) provision of blessings: in the second stage, various gifts and special favors are bestowed to help individuals establish themselves on their chosen path. 3) motivation and resilience: the third stage equips individuals with the strength and motivation to confront obstacles and address impending issues. this empowerment facilitates the journey toward success. 4) elevation and dignity: in the final stage, individuals who have made earnest efforts are rewarded with honor and elevated status, both in this world and in the hereafter. by following these stages, the holy quran offers a comprehensive framework for personal growth, success, and the attainment of dignity.
