بازنمایی تجارب زیسته دانشجویان از صلاحیت‌های حرفه‌ای استادان دروس معارف اسلامی

هدف: هدف این پژوهش، واکاوی صلاحیتها و شایستگی‌های حرفه‌ای استادان دروس معارف اسلامی در سه بعد علمی، رفتاری و روشی بود. روش: این پژوهش به صورت کیفی و با استفاده از رویکرد پدیدارشناسی انجام شد. مشارکت‌کنندگان در تحقیق، شامل همۀ دانشجویان دانشگاه کاشان بود که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند، روایتها و تجارب 22 نفر از آنان با رعایت اصل اشباع نظری، جمع‌آوری، سازماندهی و تجزیه و تحلیل شد. ابزار جمع‌آوری اطلاعات نیز مصاحبۀ عمیق نیمه ساختاریافته بود که طی آن تلاش شد تجارب زیستۀ دانشجویان دربارۀ صلاحیتهای حرفه‌ای استادان دروس معارف اسلامی مستندسازی شود. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌های پژوهش نیز از روش کلایزی استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: استادان دروس معارف اسلامی از نظر ویژگی‌های رفتاری و اخلاقی در وضعیت خوب و مطلوبی قرار دارند. به لحاظ شایستگی‌های علمی یا تخصصی نیز اگرچه شرایط نسبتاً مناسبی وجود دارد، ولی لازم است واجد ظرفیتها و آمادگی‌های علمی بیشتری شوند. در نهایت به لحاظ روشی(روش تدریس) نیز با توجه به تنگناهای موجود، ضرورت جدّی وجود داردکه قابلیتهای خود را در زمینۀ به کارگیری شیوه‌های متنّوع تدریس ارتقا دهند. نتیجه‌گیری: افزایش اثربخشی دروس معارف اسلامی در تحقق اهداف خود، مستلزم رشد و ارتقای صلاحیتهای حرفه‌ای در سه بعد مذکور به ویژه ابعاد علمی و روش تدریس است.

representation of the students’ lived experiences of the professional competencies of faculty members of islamic education courses

aim: the main purpose of this research is to analyze the professional qualifications and competences of islamic education professors in three scientific, behavioral and methodological dimensions. method: this research was conducted with qualitatively using a phenomenological approach. the participants in the research included all the students of kashan university, and by using the purposeful sampling method, the narratives and experiences of 22 of them were collected, organized and analyzed in accordance with the principle of theoretical saturation. the data collection tool was a semi-structured in-depth interview, during which an attempt was made to document the lived experiences of the students regarding the professional qualifications of islamic education professors. the seven-step colaizzi method was used to analyze the research data. results: the findings showed that the professors of islamic education courses are in a good and favorable situation in terms of behavioral and moral characteristics. in terms of scientific or specialized qualifications, although there are relatively suitable conditions, it is necessary to have more scientific capacities and preparations. finally, in terms of teaching method, considering the existing challenges, there is a serious need to improve their capabilities in the field of using various teaching methods. conclusion: increasing the effectiveness of islamic education courses in achieving their goals requires the promotion of professional qualifications in the three dimensions mentioned, especially scientific aspects and teaching methods.
