تحلیل شاخصه‌های ضروری جدال احسن بر ‌اساس آموزه‌های قرآن کریم در سیرۀ عملی امام علی(ع)

هدف: از آنجا که جدال کلامی و اقناع مخاطب به ‌شیوۀ صحیح و موثر، یکی از موضوعات مهم تعاملات اجتماعی از گذشته‌های دور تا عصر ارتباطات کنونی بود؛ پژوهش حاضر در راستای کاربردی کردن مفهوم «مجادلۀ احسن» بر ‌اساس آموزه‌های قرآن کریم و با الگوگیری از سیرۀ عملی امام علی(ع) صورت پذیرفت. روش: گردآوری اطلاعات در ‌این پژوهش به روش کتابخانه‌ای و با رویکرد توصیفی- تحلیلی بود. یافته‌ها: بر ‌خلاف معنای لغوی جدال که اغلب به «ستیزه‌جویی کلامی» تعبیر می‌شد، قرآن کریم به معنای مثبت جدال نیز توجه کرده و از آن به «جدال احسن» تعبیر می‌کند و شاخصه‌هایی را نیز برای دستیابی به ‌آن معرفی کرده بود. نتیجه‌گیری: با استناد به ‌آیات قرآن کریم، پنج مورد از ضروری‌ترین ویژگی‌های جدال احسن، شامل بیان تمثیل، همدلی با مخاطب، استفاده از برهان، حفظ ادب و پرهیز از استهزا و رعایت انصاف و پرهیز از تعصب‌ورزی انتخاب شد. سپس با بررسی سیرۀ امام علی(ع) در نهج‌البلاغه، به طور جداگانه برای هر کدام از آنها مصادیق عملی تبیین شد.

analyzing the essential characteristics of jadal ahsanbased on the teachings of the holy quran in the practical life of imam ali (as)

target:since the verbal debate and persuasion of the audience in a correct and effective way was one of the important topics of social interactions from the distant past to the current age of communication; the present research was carried out in order to apply the concept of &the best debate& based on the teachings of the holy quran and following the practical life of imam ali (a.s.).method:the collection of information in this research was by library method and with a descriptive-analytical approach.findings:the findings of the research showed that unlike the literal meaning of conflict, which was often interpreted as &verbal militancy&, the holy qur’an also payed attention to the positive meaning of conflict and interpreted it as &the best conflict&, and also provided indicators for achieving it;conclusion:therefore, referring to the verses of the holy qur’an, five of the most essential characteristics of a good debate were chosen, including: 1- expression of metaphor 2- empathy with the audience 3- use of evidence 4- maintaining politeness and avoiding mockery 5- respecting fairness and avoiding prejudice, then by examining the manner of imam ali (a.s.) in nahj al-balagha, practical examples for each of those characteristics were explained separately.
