شاخصه‌های اخلاق حرفه‌ای در سازمان از منظر نهج‌البلاغه(مطالعۀ موردی: کارکنان ساختمان مرکزی وزارت علوم، تحقیقات و فنّاوری در سال 1400)

هدف: یکی از غنی‌ترین منابع اسلامی در مطالعات اخلاق حرفه‌ای، آموزه‌های کتاب شریف نهج‌البلاغه است. هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر، بررسی شاخصه‌های اخلاق حرفه‌ای در سازمان با توجه به آموزه‌های نهج‌البلاغه بود. روش: در این پژوهش از روش توصیفی- همبستگی با استفاده از معادلات ساختاری بهره گرفته شده است. جامعۀ آماری، کارمندان ساختمان‌ اصلی وزارت علوم، تحقیقات و فنّاوری در نیمۀ دوم سال 1400 به تعداد 700 نفر بود و حجم نمونۀ آماری با توجه به جدول مورگان و روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای حدود 250 برآورد شد. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها، پرسشنامۀ اخلاق حرفه‌ای قاسم‌زاده(1393) بود. یافته‌ها: نتایج حاصل از نقد منابع، مبیّن آن بود که در سازمانهای مبتنی بر رعایت اصول اخلاق حرفه‌ای، کارکنان تعهد بیشتری نسبت به وظایف اخلاقی در سازمان داشتند. شاخصه‌های اخلاق حرفه‌ای موثر در سازمان با توجه به سخنان حضرت امام علی(ع) در نهج‌البلاغه که در این پژوهش بررسی شدند، عبارتند از: درستکاری و صداقت، احترام به حریم شخصی، مسئولیت‌پذیری، اصل مدارا و سعۀ صدر و وفای به عهد. نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه نتایج این تحقیق و بررسی و تبیین مهم‌ترین مولفه‌های اخلاق حرفه‌ای از منظر نهج‌البلاغه، شاخصۀ درستکاری و صداقت دارای بیشترین اهمیت بود.

indicators of professional ethics in the organization from the perspective of nahj al-balagheh (case study: employees of the central building of the ministry of science, research and technology in 1400)

purpose: one of the richest islamic sources in the study of professional ethics is the teachings of the noble book of nahj al-balagha. the purpose of the current research was to investigate the characteristics of professional ethics in the organization according to the teachings of nahj al-balagha.method: in this research, the descriptive-correlation method using structural equations has been used. the statistical population of the employees of the main building of the ministry of science, research and technology in the second half of 1400 was 700 and the statistical sample size was estimated to be around 250 according to the morgan table and stratified random sampling method. the data collection tool was a questionnaire that included qasimzadeh’s professional ethics questionnaire (2013). findings: the results of the review of the sources have shown that in organizations based on compliance with the principles of professional ethics, employees had more commitment to ethical duties in the organization. the indicators of effective professional ethics in the organization according to the words of imam ali (a.s.) in nahj al-balagheh, which were analyzed in this research, are: integrity and honesty, respect for personal privacy, responsibility, the principle of tolerance and sa’ah sadr and keeping the promise. conclusion: according to the results of this research, the most important components of professional ethics were investigated and explained from the perspective of nahj al-balagha. integrity and honesty were the most important..
