الزامات نهادی مدیریتی تحوّل علوم انسانی در گام دوم انقلاب تحلیلی بر مبنای عقلانیت نقّاد

هدف: هدف از انجام این این پژوهش، بررسی عوامل نهادیِ عدم توفیق مطلوب در زمینۀ تحوّل علوم انسانی در گام اول انقلاب اسلامی و ارائۀ رهنمودهایی برای برنامه‌ریزی بهتر در آینده، با الهام از بیانیۀ گام دوم انقلاب اسلامی رهبر معظم انقلاب اسلامی بود. روش: این بررسی مبتنی بر رویکرد عقلانیت نقّاد در ارتباط با رشد و توسعۀ علم و فنّاوری و مطالعۀ آسیب‌شناسانۀ اقدامات انجام‌شده در گام اول انقلاب(تاسیس مراکز فرهنگی، آموزشی، پژوهشی، برنامه‌ریزی و سیاستگذاری) انجام شده است. یافته‌ها: «رویکرد محوری نداشتن مراکز فعال در زمینۀ تحوّل علوم انسانی»؛ «گستردگی اهداف و برنامه‌های این مراکز»؛ «انجام فعالیتهای غیر مرتبط با ماموریت اصلی آنها»؛ «نداشتن خبرگزاری تخصصی با محوریت تحوّل علوم انسانی» و «نداشتن نقشۀ راه تحوّل و ارتقای علوم انسانی» از عواملی‌اند که تحوّل علوم انسانی را با مانع روبه‌رو کرده‌اند. نتیجه: بدون انجام آسیب‌شناسی مرتب اقدامات گذشته در زمینۀ تحوّل علوم انسانی و رفع موانع پیش روی این حرکت، دستیابی به هدفی که در چندین سند بالادستی نظام مرتب بر آن تاکید شده است، ممکن نیست.

aim: the main purpose of the present survey is to investigate the institutional factors of the failure of the evolution of humanities and providing guidelines for better planning in the second step of the revolution, as inspired by the statement of the second step of the islamic revolution by the leader of the revolution. method: using the critical rationality approach about the development of science and technology and the pathological study of the first steps of the revolution (establishment of cultural, educational, research, planning and policy centers). results: lack of a central approach, expansion of goals and plans, performing activities not related to the mission, lack of specialized news agency, lack of road map, have been the obstacles to the evolution of humanities. conclusion: it is not possible to achieve the goal emphasized in several upstream documents without the pathology of the past actions in the field of the evolution of humanities and eliminating the obstacles to this movement.
