تحلیل اخلاقی مشارکت علمی اساتید و دانشجویان در آموزش عالی؛ نقدی بر استثمار آموزشی

هدف: یکی از مهم‌ترین اهداف این تحقیق، توجه به معضلات اخلاقی پنهان، اما رایج در نظام آموزش عالی و ارائۀ راهکار برای دفع و رفع چنین مشکلاتی است. روش: این مقاله به روش توصیفی تحلیلی، ضمن تبیین اخلاقی مفهوم استثمار آموزشی، برخی از چالشها و شبهات اخلاقی ناظر به این مسئله را مطرح کرده و در نهایت، با بیان پیشنهادهایی سعی در ارائۀ راهکار برای برون‌رفت از این معضل اخلاقی داشته است. یافته‌ها: استثمار علمی یا همان بهره‌کشی از دسترنج علمی دیگران، معضلی اخلاقی است که عوامل مختلفی مثل روحیۀ زیاده‌خواهی، راحت‌طلبی، فشارهای سازمانی و ضیق وقتی که استادان از آن سخن می‌گویند، زمینه‌های شکل‌گیری آن را فراهم می‌سازد. لازمۀ استثمار، ظلم و بی‌عدالتی و ثمرۀ آن، حق‌کشی و نارضایتی است. نتیجه‌گیری: با وجود این معضلات اخلاقی، سلامت نظام آموزشی، به خصوص آموزش عالی، بیش از بیش در خطر است؛ لذا لازم است برای برون‌رفت از این مشکلات، راهکارهایی کاربردی پیشنهاد شود؛ این پیشنهادها را می‌توان در خودمراقبتی استادان، خودآگاهی دانشجویان و مراقبت سازمانی دنبال کرد.

ethical analysis of scientific participation of professors and students in higher education; a critique of educational exploitation

aim: one of the most important purposes of this research is to pay attention to the hidden but common ethical problems in the higher education system and to provide a solution to prevent and solve such problems.method: this paper, in a descriptive and analytical method, while explaining the concept of educational exploitation ethically, raises some ethical challenges and doubts related to this issue, and finally by making suggestions, it tries to provide a solution to overcome this ethical dilemma.results: scientific exploitation or taking advantage of other people’s scientific difficulties is a moral problem that is caused by various factors such as selfishness, convenience, organizational pressures and short of time. oppression and injustice results in exploitation and dissatisfaction.conclusion: despite such moral problems, the health of the educational system, especially higher education, is more and more at risk, so it is necessary to propose practical solutions to overcome such problems; these suggestions can be followed in teachers’ self-care, students’ self-awareness and organizational care.
