بررسی تاریخی اصل عدم تکلّف در سیرۀ نبی مکرّم اسلام(ص)

هدف: هدف از انجام این پژوهش، واکاوی سیره و روش نبی مکرم اسلام(ص) در خصوص شخص متکلّف که دارای شخصیت دوگانه در مراودات اجتماعی است، بود. روش: روش تحقیق در این مقاله، روش تحلیل داده‌ها و بررسی آیات و روایات به صورت تطبیقی است؛ زیرا تحقیقات موجود در این زمینه بیشتر به جنبۀ فردی این خصیصه توجه داشته‌اند، در حالی که توجه به اثرات اجتماعی این موضوع در منظر روایات بیشتر مورد توجه واقع شده است. یافته‌ها: در این پژوهش، ویژگی‌های شخص متکلّف که موجب نابهنجاری اجتماعی می‌شوند، شناسایی و در بیانات معصومین(ع) تبیین شد و راهکارهای مواجهه با آنها ارائه شد تا راهنمایی برای بهتر زیستن در جامعۀ مدنی اسلامی باشد. نتیجه‌گیری: ویژگی‌هایی که برای شخص متکلّف در روایات ذکر شده است، نشان از آن دارد که بعد اجتماعی این صفت رذیله، از بعد فردی آن، با اهمیت‌تر است. همچنین روشن شد که نبی مکرم اسلام(ص) این نوع رفتار نابهنجار را ناپسند دانسته وکاملاً طرد فرموده‌اند.

a historical study of the principle of non-obligation in the biography of the holy prophet of islam (pbuh)

aim:the main goul of the present reseach is to study the principle of non-obligation in the biography of the holy prophet of islam (pbuh).in the analysis of the life and ways of the holy prophet of islam, it is clear that he disliked abnormal behaviors such as hypocrisy and rejected it completely.method: it should be mentioned that the research method in this article is the method of data analysis, the examination of verses and narratives in a comparative way. what is more, the existing research in this field has paid more attention to the individual aspect of this characteristic. while paying attention to the social effects of this issue in the perspective of narratives, more attention has been paid.results: in this research, the characteristics of a euphuistic person, which cause social abnormality, were identified and explained in the statements of the prophets (pbuh), and solutions for dealing with them were presented in order to be a guide for a better life in the islamic civil society.  conclusion: the characteristics that are mentioned in the hadiths for a euphuistic person show that the social dimension of this vice is more important than its individual dimension. it also became clear that the holy prophet of islam (pbuh) considered this type of abnormal behavior to be distasteful and completely rejected it.
