بررسی پیامدهای بحران کرونا در جهان بر مبنای روش اسپریگنز

هدف: روابط بین‌الملل تحت تاثیر پدیدۀ کرونا طی دو سال گذشته، دارای وضعیتی منحصر به‌فرد بود. در شرایطی که بسیاری از محققان بین‌المللی بر اساس شواهد موجود پیش‌بینی می‌کنند که وضعیت جهان در دورۀ پساکرونا تحت تاثیر این ویروس عالم‌گیر به تغییر و تحولاتی گسترده‌تر منتهی می‌شود، هدف از بررسی پیامدهای بحران کرونا در عرصه‌های مختلف بین‌المللی، اتخاذ تصمیمات مناسب در مواجهه با این پدیدۀ استثنایی و مقابله با تهدیدها و پیامدهای بین‌المللی آن بود. روش: این پژوهش از روش توماس اسپریگنز که غالباً در مواجهه با بحرانها و تحلیل آنها کاربرد دارد، در چهار مرحلۀ مشاهدۀ بحران، بررسی علل و ریشه‌های بحران، ارائۀ نظم مطلوب و پیش‌بینی راههای برون‌رفت از بحران استفاده کرد. یافته‌ها: پیامدهای مهمی تحت تاثیر بحران کرونا در ابعاد مختلف سیاسی، اقتصادی، فرهنگی و امنیتی جهان، مورد انتظار است که می‌تواند نظامهای سیاسی را با شاخصها و مولفه‌های جدیدی مواجه کند و چالشهای جدیدی را به وجود آورد. نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج تحقیق، ناکارامدی مدیریت موجود بین‌المللی را نشان داد و بر ضرورت تغییر و تحولات جدّی در نظام بین‌الملل تاکید کرد. در این خصوص پیشنهادهایی در راستای شکل‌گیری نظم نوین جهانی در دورۀ پساکرونا ارائه شد.

investigating the consequences of the corona crisis in the world based on spragens method

objectives: international relations under the influence of the corona phenomenon during the last two years, had a unique situation. while many international researchers, based on the available evidence, predict that the post-corona world situation will lead to wider changes under the influence of this global virus, the purpose of examining the consequences of the corona crisis in various international arenas is to make appropriate decisions. it is an exceptional phenomenon and its confrontation is with international threats and consequences. method: this study used the thomas spragens method, which is often used in dealing with crisis and their analysis, in four stages: crisis observation; investigating the causes and roots of the crisis; providing the ideal order; and predicting ways out of the crisis. results : the research findings showed that significant consequences are expected due to the corona crisis in various political, economic, cultural and security dimensions of the world, which can make the political systems to confront with new indicators and components and create new challenges. conclusion: the results of the research showed the inefficiency of the existing international management and emphasized the need for serious changes and developments in the international system. in this regard, suggestions were made for the formation of a new world order in the post-corona period.
