مطالعۀ تطبیقی مدخلیّتِ «شریعت» در «رستگاری» از منظر مسیحیت و اسلام

هدف: هدف از این نوشتار، بررسی تطبیقیِ مدخلیّتِ «شریعت» در «رستگاری» از منظر مسیحیت و اسلام و واکاوی ضرورتِ عمل به احکام و پایبندی به مناسک در نیل به رستگاری در این ادیان بود. روش: در این پژوهش از روش کتابخانه‌ای و فیش‌برداری استفاده شده و داده‌ها مبتنی بر منابع علمیِ معتبر، ارزیابی و تحلیل شده است. یافته‌ها: بر خلاف باورِ عده‌ای که از روی جهل یا از سر عمد، قائل به رفع تکلیف شرعی در آیین مسیحیت و حتی اسلام‌اند، شریعت ضرورتی گزیزناپذیر در نیل به رستگاری است. در دین مسیحیت، حضرت مسیح(ع) هرگز شریعت را طرد نکرد، اما مولفه‌های دین را نیز منحصر در احکام تشریعی ندانست؛ گویی مسیح یک شخص طریقت‌مدارِ متشرّع است. در دین اسلام نیز همۀ مراتب دین(شریعت، طریقت و حقیقت) در یک سطح بوده و شریعت تنها یک طریق لحاظ شده است و نه تمام دین؛ که اگر مورد صیانت قرار نگیرد یا در حفظ آن تسامح و تساهلی رخ دهد، سایر مراتب در معرض فساد و نابودی قرار می‌گیرند و رستگاری محقق نخواهد شد. نتیجه‌گیری: تاکید بر شریعت در کتب مقدس هر یک از ادیانِ مورد مطالعه، در یک سطح قرار ندارد؛ اما تحقّقِ رستگاری و نجات، به طور حتم منوط به فهمِ حقیقت دین و عمل به شریعتِ آنهاست.

objectives: the purpose of this article is to make a comparative study of the involvement of shari’a in salvation from the perspective of christianity and islam and to investigate the necessity of following the rules and adhering to rituals in order to achieve salvation in these religions. method: in this research, the library and fish-taking methods have been used and the data have been evaluated and analyzed based on valid scientific sources. results : contrary to the belief of some who either ignorantly or intentionally believe in the fulfillment of the religious duty in christianity and even islam, sharia is an inescapable necessity in achieving salvation. in christianity, jesus (pbuh) never rejected the shari’a, but he did not consider the components of religion to be limited to the rules of the shari’a, as if christ were a law-abiding person. in islam, too, all levels of religion (shari’a, tariqah, and truth) are on the same level, and shari’a is considered as only one way, and not the whole religion; if it is not protected or there is tolerance in maintaining it, other levels will be exposed to corruption and destruction and salvation will not be achieved. conclusion: the emphasis on shari’a in the holy books of each of the studied religions is not on the same level, but the realization of salvation depends on understanding the truth of the religion and following their shari’a.
