الگوی پیشرفت سیاسی در بیانیۀ گام دوم بر اساس نظریۀ نظام انقلابی

هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی و تحلیل الگوی پیشرفت سیاسی در بیانیۀ گام دوم انجام شد. توسعه و پیشرفت، از مهم‌ترین آمال سیاسی مردم ایران در تاریخ معاصر بوده است. برخی از اندیشمندان، لازمۀ چنین توسعه‌ای را تبعیت از الگوی غربی توسعۀ دموکراتیک می‌دانند. تقلید از الگوی توسعۀ غربی از انقلاب مشروطه به بعد، در آغاز به استقرار نظام استبدادی و وابستۀ پهلوی و در پایان به ظهور اسلام سیاسی منتهی شد. روش: در این پژوهش، با استفاده از روش تحلیلی توصیفی و ابزار جمع‌آوری دادۀ کتابخانه‌ای، با واکاوی مفهوم توسعۀ سیاسی و لحاظ نظریۀ نظام انقلابی در بیانیۀ گام دوم، شاخصهای الگوی مطلوب پیشرفت سیاسی در گام دوم انقلاب بررسی شده است. یافته‌ها: نظام دینی برآمده از انقلاب اسلامی در مقابله با تمدن سکولار غرب و بر پایۀ الگوی جدیدی از توسعه و پیشرفت و با دورنمای تاسیس تمدن نوین اسلامی ایجاد شد. نتیجه‌گیری: توسعۀ مردم‌سالاری دینی، اقتصاد مقاومتی، توسعۀ علمی، جوان‌سازی مدیریت، اصلاح سبک زندگی، اقتدار نظامی و تقویت بعد پارلمانی حاکمیت؛ شاخصه‌های ضروری پیشرفت سیاسی بر اساس بیانیۀ گام دوم انقلاب اسلامی در دهه‌های آینده خواهد بود.

analyzing the pattern of political progress in the second step statement based on revolutionary system theory

objectives: the present study is conducted with the aim of examining and analyzing the pattern of political progress in the second step statement; development and progress has been one of the most important political aspirations of the iranian people in contemporary history. some thinkers consider the need for such development to follow the western model of democratic development. imitation of the western development model from the constitutional revolution onwards led to the establishment of an authoritarian and dependent pahlavi regime and finally to the emergence of political islam. method: in this research, using analytical-descriptive method and library data collection tool by analyzing the concept of political development and the theory of the revolutionary system in the second step statement, the indicators of the desired pattern of political progress in the second step of the revolution are investigated.  results: the religious system emerged from the islamic revolution in confrontation with the secular civilization of the west and based on a new model of development and progress and with the prospect of establishing a new islamic civilization. conclusion: according to the statement of the second step of the islamic revolution, a set of characteristics of the development of religious democracy, resistance economics, scientific development, rejuvenation of management, lifestyle reform, military authority and strengthening the parliamentary dimension of governance; it will be a model of political progress in the coming decades.
