واکاوی شاخصه‎های استقلال پژوهشی دانشجو-معلمان در فرایند توسعۀ حرفه‎ای مطالعۀ موردی: دانشگاه فرهنگیان

هدف: هدف از انجام این مطالعه، شناسایی شاخصه‎های موثر بر استقلال پژوهشی دانشجو-معلمان در راستای توسعۀ حرفه‎ای آنان بود. روش: رویکرد تحقیق، کیفی و از نوع تحلیل محتوای متعارف بود. جامعۀ آماری شامل کلیۀ دانشجویان شاغل در دانشگاه فرهنگیان شهید مطهری خوی در سال تحصیلی 4001399 بود که 16 نفر از آنان به روش نمونه‎گیری هدفمند از نوع شاخص، مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. در این راستا، مصاحبه‎های نیمه سازمان‎یافته‎ای از آنانئ صورت گرفت و نمونه‎گیری تا اشباع داده‎ها ادامه یافت. برای اعتبارسنجی یافته‎ها از روش توصیف غنی داده‎ها و خودبازبینی محقق و برای تعیین پایایی داده‎ها از روش بررسی همزمان استفاده شد. یافته‎ها: مولفه‎های کارکردآفرینی (عمل‎گرایی، مدیریت‎نگری، سودمندگزینی)، هویت‎پذیری علمی(هم‎افزایی شناختی، محققمعلم، خودکارامدی علمی، خودشناسی علمی)، تفکرپذیری(منطق‎گرایی، نقدسازی، خلاقیت‎محوری)، رهبری پژوهش(فرهنگ پژوهش، منبع‎سازی، شبکه‎‎سازی علمی) و نگرش‎پروری(راهبردسازی، هنجارپذیری، باورمندی) مضامین اصلی‎اند که با 172 مضمون اولیه، شرایط را برای مستقل بودن فعالیتهای پژوهشی دانشجو-معلمان فراهم می‎آورند. نتیجه‎گیری: دانشجو-معلمان با خلق ذهنیت مثبت نسبت به فعالیتهای پژوهشی، به توسعۀ قابلیتهای علمی خود بپردازند و جهت‎دهندۀ روند حاکم بر این اندیشه‎ها باشند.

Characteristics of StudentTeacher Research Independence in the Professional Development ProcessCase Study: (Farhangian University)

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to identify the characteristics affecting the research independence of studentsteachers in order to their professional development. Method: The qualitative research approach was conventional content analysis. The statistical population included all students working at Farhangian University of Shahid Motahari Khoy in the academic year 13991400, 16 of whom were studied by purposive sampling of the index type. In this regard, semiorganized interviews were conducted and sampling continued until data saturation. To validate the findings from the method of rich data description and selfreview of the researcher and Simultaneous review method was used to determine the reliability of the data. Results:Findings showed that the components of functionalism(pragmatism, management, utility selection), scientific identity(cognitive synergy, researcherteacher, scientific selfefficacy, scientific selfknowledge), thinking(rationalism, critique, creativity), Research leadership(research culture, resource making, scientific networking) and attitude cultivation(Strategy building, normativeness, credibility) are the main themes that with 172 primary themes provide the conditions for independent studentteacher research activities.Conclusion:    The results showed that studentteachers by creating a positive mentality towards research activities, develop their scientific capabilities and guide the process of governing these ideas.
