شناسایی مولفه‌های دانشگاه تمدنساز ایرانی اسلامی: یک مطالعه فراترکیب

هدف:هدف پژوهش حاضر، سنتز ادبیات مربوط به دانشگاه تمدن‌ساز اسلامی ایرانی در راستای شناسایی مولفه‌های دانشگاه تمدن‌ساز اسلامی ایرانی در آموزش عالی کشور بود. روش: این پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی؛ از لحاظ روش، کیفی فراترکیب و جامعه آماری آن، کلیه مطالعات انجام‌شده در بازه زمانی 1375 تا 1398 بود. در این راستا 42 پژوهش در زمینه موضوع مدّ نظر، ارزیابی و در نهایت 19 مقاله به‌ صورت هدفمند انتخاب شد و با تحلیل محتوا و ترکیب ادبیات مربوط، در مجموع 106 کد، 11مفهوم، 9 مقوله کلیدی طی فرایند جستجو و ترکیب نظام‌مند متون، شناسایی و تحلیل شد و اعتبار آن از طریق آزمون کاپای کوهن تایید شد. یافته‌ها: یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که مولفه‌های دانشگاه تمدن‌ساز اسلامیایرانی در آموزش عالی کشور از هشت عامل کلیدی استقلال، آزادی، فرهنگ‌سازی، مسئولیت‌پذیری، نوآوری، تعامل و همکاری علمی سازنده با نهادهای علمی بین‌المللی، انسان‌سازی، معنویت‌گرا و تولید علم تشکیل‌ شده است. نتیجه‌گیری: این پژوهش بدین سبب که درک عمیقی از ادبیات موجود در موضوع پژوهش با شناسایی مولفه‌های دانشگاه تمدن‌ساز اسلامی ایرانی ارائه داده است، می‌تواند در سیاستگذاری‌های آموزش عالی در راستای اسلامی‌سازی دانشگاهها استفاده شود.

Identifying the Components of the IranianIslamic Civilization University: A Metasynthetic Study

Aim: The aim of this study is to synthesize literature related to the IslamicIranian Civilization University in order to identify the components of the IslamicIranian Civilization University in higher education. Method: In terms of applied purpose, in terms of method, qualitative metacomposition and statistical population of the research, all studies were conducted in the period 1995 to 2018. In this regard, 42 researches in the field of the subject and finally 19 articles were purposefully selected and by analyzing the content and composition of the relevant literature, a total of 106 codes, 11 concepts, 9 key categories were identified and analyzed during the search process and systematic combination of texts. Its validity was confirmed by Cohen’s Kappa test. Results: The research findings showed that the components of the IslamicIranian Civilization University in higher education of the country include eight key factors: independence, freedom, culture building, responsibility, innovation, interaction and constructive scientific cooperation with international scientific institutions, humanization , is composed of spiritualism and the production of science. Conclusion: This study can be used in higher education policies in order to Islamize universities because it has provided a deep understanding of the existing literature on the subject of research by identifying the components of the islamicIranian Civilization University.
