تاثیر آموزش به شیوۀ روش تدریس نیازمحور در درس آیین زندگی بر تربیت اخلاق دانش‌اندوزی دانشجومعلمان دانشگاه فرهنگیان استان گیلان

هدف: این مقاله در صدد بود تا تاثیر روش نیازمحور بر تربیت اخلاق دانش‌اندوزی دانشجومعلمان دختر پردیس بنت‏الهدی صدر دانشگاه فرهنگیان استان گیلان را در نیمسال دوم تحصیلی 98-1397 بررسی کند. روش: این پژوهش بر اساس شیوۀ شبه‏آزمایشی با طرح پیش‏آزمون پس‏آزمون با گروه گواه اجرا شد. یافته‏ها: بیشتر توانمندی‏های انسان به دانایی برمی‏گردد و دانایی جز با دانش‌اندوزی به دست نمی‏آید. شخصیت آدمی در پرتو کسب دانش و معرفت، در تمامی ساحتهای وجودی، به رشد و تکامل می‏رسد. به همین دلیل، جامعه‏هایی که علوم و معارفشان در رشته‏ها و زمینه‏های مورد نیاز رشد نکرده باشد، نمی‏توانند به شکوفایی برسند. در زمان حاضر اخلاق به عنوان یکی از ضروریات جامعۀ دانشگاهی کشور محسوب می‏شود و تقویت و رشد اخلاق دانش‌اندوزی با توجه به تاثیر آن بر رفتار علمی ما در مراحل تحصیل، تدریس، تحقیق و خدمات علمی، از الزامات کشور به شمار می‏رود. نتیجه‏گیری: روش تدریس نیازمحور بر تقویت و پیشرفت اخلاق دانش‌اندوزی دانشجومعلمان موثر بود.

The Effect of Education by the Needbased Teaching Methodology in the Ways of Living Course on Training Gaining Knowledge Ethics of StudentTeachers of Farhangian University of Guilan

Objectives:This article sought to examine the influence of the needbased approach on educating the student ethics of female teachers of Bint AlHuda Sadr campus of Farhangian University of Guilan in the second semester 20182019. Method: This research was conducted based on a quasiexperimental method with a pretest and posttest design with a control group. Results: Most human abilities go back to Wisdom and Wisdom is not obtained except by acquiring knowledge. Human personality grows and evolves in all areas of existence in the light of acquiring knowledge and cognition. For this reason, Communities whose science and education have not developed in the required disciplines and fields cannot flourish. At present, ethics is considered as one of the necessities of the country’s academic community and strengthening and growing the ethics of acquiring knowledge due to its impact on our scientific behavior in the stages of education, teaching, research and scientific services, is one of the requirements of the country. Conclusion: The needbased teaching method was effective on strengthening and developing the student teacher’s ethics.
