چکیده
|
هدف: پژوهش حاضر به دنبال طراحی الگوی سازمان متمدن برای دانشگاه لرستان بر پایۀ الگوی اسلامی ایرانی پیشرفت بود. روش: جمع‌آوری داده‌ها در بخش کیفی از طریق مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختاریافته با 16 نفر از خبرگان علمی و اجرایی و در بخش کمّی از طریق پرسشنامه و نظرسنجی از 234 نفر از کارکنان و اعضای هیئت علمی دانشگاه لرستان انجام شد. در بخش کیفی، تجزیه وتحلیل داده‌ها مبتنی بر روش تحلیل مضمون و در بخش کمّی، مبتنی برتکنیک مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری انجام شد. یافته‌ها: پس از پیاده‌سازی متون مصاحبه، 238عبارت کلیدی و66 مضمون پایه، استخراج و در 16 مضمون سازمان‌دهنده دسته‌بندی شدند و در نهایت، با طبقه‌بندی محتوایی این مضامین، چهار مضمون فراگیر حاصل شد. نتیجه‌گیری: استخراج ابعاد الگوی سازمان متمدن برای دانشگاه لرستان بر پایۀ الگوی اسلامی ایرانی پیشرفت، شامل توسعۀ سرمایۀ معنوی، عدالت‌محوری، توسعۀ منابع انسانی وکارآفرینی است.

Abstract
|
Objectives: The present study sought to design a model of civilized organization for Lorestan University based on the Islamic/Iranian model of progress. Method: Data collection was done in the qualitative part through semistructured interviews with16 scientific and executive experts and in the quantitative part through questionnaires and surveys of 234 employees and faculty members of Lorestan University. In the qualitative part, data analysis was performed based on content analysis method and in the quantitative part based on structural equation modeling technique. Results: After implementing the interview texts, 238key phrases and66 basic themes were extracted which were classified into16 organizing themes and finally, by content classification of these themes, 4 comprehensive themes were obtained. Conclusion: The final result of the research was to extract the dimensions of the civilized organization model for Lorestan University based on the Islamic/Iranian model of progress, including the development of spiritual capital, core justice, human resource development and entrepreneurship..
