واکاوی کارکردهای عفو در روابط اجتماعی از منظر قرآن کریم

هدف: عفو و گذشت، یکی از توصیه‌های اخلاقی است که در تعاملات اجتماعی کاربرد فراوان دارد. دغدغۀ اصلی این پژوهش، تبیین آثار عفو در روابط اجتماعی از طریق بازخوانی آیات قرآن کریم بود. روش: این تحقیق با روش توصیفی تحلیلی انجام شده است؛ یعنی پس از گردآوری اطلاعات با استفاده از منابع کتابخانه‌ای، به تحلیل یافته‌های تحقیق پرداخته است. یافته‌ها: اغلب مفسّران اجتماعی در تفسیر آیات مرتبط با عفو اجتماعی، به خصوص آنچه ناظر به مسائل حقوقی و کیفری نظیر مسئلۀ قصاص و عفو یا مشکلات خانوادگی و طلاق می‌باشد، با رویکرد اجتماعی به تفسیر پرداخته‌اند. با این وجود، اغلب اهمیت، خاستگاه، مراتب و شرایط عفو مورد توجه بوده و کمتر کارکردها و آثار عفو اجتماعی به طور مفصّل بررسی شده است. نتیجه‌گیری: این پژوهش نشان داد آثار عمدۀ عفو در روابط اجتماعی از منظر قرآن عبارتند از: تنش‌زدایی، تبدیل دشمن به دوست، انسجام جامعۀ اسلامی، تبلیغ اسلام، کسب محبوبیت، اصلاح خاطی و همزیستی مسالمت‌آمیز.

Analysis of Amnesty Functions in Social Relations from the Perspective of the Holy Quran

Objectives: Amnesty is one of the moral advices that have a wide implication in social interactions.The main concern of this research is to explain the effects of amnesty in social relations by rereading the verses of the Holy Quran. Method: This research has been done by descriptiveanalytical method; That is, after collecting information using library resources, it analyzes the research findings. Results : Most social commentators have interpreted verses related to social amnesty, especially those that deal with legal and criminal issues such as retribution and amnesty, or family problems and divorce with a social approach. Conclusion: This study showed that the main effects of amnesty in social relations, according to the Qur’an, are as follw: detente, turning the enemy into a friend, the unity of the Islamic society, propagating Islam, gaining popularity, correcting wrongdoer and peaceful coexistence.
