بررسی موانع و مشکلات تولیدات علمی از دیدگاه اعضای هیئت علمی دانشکده روان‏شناسی و علوم تربیتی دانشگاه علامه طباطبائی

هدف این مقاله، بررسی موانع و مشکلات فعالیتهای پژوهشی و تولیدات علمی در دانشکده روان‏شناسی و علوم تربیتی دانشگاه علامه از دیدگاه اعضای هیئت علمی آن بود. روش:پژوهش حاضر، کاربردی و روش آن، پیمایشی توصیفی با رویکرد علم‏سنجی است. جامعه پژوهش، اعضای هیئت علمی 10 گروه آموزشی دانشکده روان‏شناسی و علوم تربیتی دانشگاه علامه و ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات، پرسشنامه محقق‏ساخته با پایایی0.94 است. به منظور تعیین مقوله‏ها و رتبه‏بندی مقوله‏ها از شیوه تحلیل عاملی استفاده شد. تجزیه و تحلیل یافته‏ها با استفاده از نرم‏افزار spss و amos انجام شد. یافته‏ها: سه عامل مهم با 78.04 درصد از واریانس کل نمره‏ها، در بالای ارزش ویژه 3 قرار گرفت و عوامل بازدارنده و مانع انجام پژوهش معرفی شدند. در موانع فردی و شخصی، ناآشنایی با راهبردهای جستجو در وب با بار عاملی 0.895؛ در موانع درون‏دانشگاهی، آزمایشگاههای تخصصی در رشته‏های موجود دانشکده با بار عاملی 0.836 و در موانع برون‏دانشگاهی، عدم چاپ مقالات در نشریات بین‏المللی به دلیل تحریم با بار عاملی 0.898، بیشترین بار عاملی را به خود اختصاص دادند. نتیجه‏گیری: با شناسایی گویه‏های مهم و مرتبط با هر کدام از عوامل(فردی و شخصی، درون‏دانشگاهی و برون‏دانشگاهی) و تایید تحلیل عاملی، سه شاخص عمده کمبود مهارتهای فنّاورانه و پژوهشی، فقدان جایگاه پژوهشی مناسب در سطح کشور و ضعف ساختار پژوهشی در دانشگاه، به عنوان موانع و مشکلات تولیدات علمی و پژوهشی اعضای هیئت علمی دانشکده روان‏شناسی و علوم تربیتی دانشگاه علامه طباطبائی شناسایی شدند.

analysis of barriers to scientific production from the perspective of members of faculty of psychology and educational sciences faculty, allameh tabataba’i university

objectives:this study aims to analyze the barriers to research activities and scientific production at the faculty of psychology and educational sciences of allameh tabataba’i university from the perspective of faculty members. method: this is an applieddescriptive survey with a scientometric approach. the statistical population included the faculty members of 10 educational departments at the faculty of psychology and educational sciences of allameh tabataba’i university. the factor analysis was employed to determine and rank categories. the cronbach’s alpha of the questionnaire was 0.94, and the findings were analyzed in spss and amos. results : identified as restrictive factors and research barriers, three important factors (with 78.04 of the total variance of scores) were above the eigenvalue of 3. personal barriers included unfamiliarity with web search strategies (factor load = 0.895) when intraacademic barriers included specialized laboratories for faculty majors (factor load = 0.836). the extraacademic barriers included nonsubmission of papers in international journals because of sanctions (factor load = 0.898). identified as the most important barriers to research, they gained the highest factor loads. conclusion: lack of technological and research skills, lack of an appropriate research position nationwide, and weakness of academic research structure were identified as the barriers to research and scientific production from the perspective of faculty members at the faculty of psychology and educational sciences of allameh tabataba’i university. for this purpose, the important items of each factor (personal, intraacademic, and extraacademic) were identified through the confirmatory factor analysis.
