روش‌های انسداد جریان سیال در خطوط لوله

یکی از مسایل مهم در بهره برداری و نگهداری از خطوط لوله در صنعت، انسداد جریان سیال در خط لوله به منظور انجام تعمیرات در پایین دست به هنگام حوادثی چون شکستگی و یا لزوم ایجاد تغییرات در خط لوله به منظور افزودن خط جدید، تعویض خط لوله، نصب شیر و یا فلنج در مسیر خط لوله است. در حال حاضر روش های مختلفی نظیر هات تپ، انجماد و توپی های انسداد جهت بستن مسیر خطوط لوله اعم از شرب و یا غیر شرب مورد استفاده قرار می گیرند. اما استفاده از این روش ها در همه انواع سیال و نیز قطرهای مختلف لوله عملی نبوده و می تواند موجب افزایش زمان تعمیرات، هدر رفت سیالی با ارزش مانند آب شرب و یا بالا بردن هزینه ها گردد. در این مقاله ضمن بیان روش های مختلف انسداد خطوط لوله در صنایع مختلف، روش و شرایط استفاده و نیز مشکلات و محدودیت های بکارگیری هر یک، مورد بحث و بررسی قرار می گیرد.

one of the essential issues in the operation and maintenance of pipelines in industry is the line-stopping of fluid flow in the pipeline to carry out downstream repairs during incidents such as breakage or the need to make changes in the pipeline to add a new line, replacing the pipeline, installing a new valve or flange in the pipeline. various line-stopping methods are used in drinkable and undrinkable fluid in pipelines, such as hot tap, pipe freezing, and inflatable pipe plugs. however, these methods cannot be used in all types of fluids and variable pipe diameters, and they can increase maintenance time, waste valuable fluid such as drinking water, or increase costs. in addition to explaining the different methods of line-stopping in pipelines in various industries, this paper describes the problems and limitations of using each one.
