وضعیت تغذیه با شیرمادر تا 2 سالگی و عوامل موثر بر آن براساس سازه های مدل بزنف در شهر ساری

سابقه و هدف: تغذیه با شیر مادر در دو سال اول زندگی بیش‌ترین اثربخشی را در ارتقای سلامتی و پیشگیری از بیماری‌ها دارد. هدف از این مطالعه تعیین وضعیت تغذیه با شیر مادر تا 2 سالگی در شهر ساری با استفاده از سازه‌های مدل بزنف می‌باشد.مواد و روش‌ها: در این مطالعه توصیفی تحلیلی مقطعی، تعداد 328 مادر دارای کودک کم‌تر از 2 سال شهر ساری به صورت تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه رفتار شیردهی براساس ساختارهای مدل بزنف جمع‌آوری گردید. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با آزمون مجذور کای و آنالیز واریانس انجام شد.یافته‌ها: فراوانی تغذیه انحصاری با شیر مادر 74.4 درصد بود. از نظر آگاهی 41 درصد مادران در دسته خوب قرار گرفتند و 75 درصد از مادران نگرش خوب داشتند. بین سطح آگاهی (0.005 =p)، نگرش (0.02 =p) و عوامل قادرساز (0.02 =p) با رفتار شیردهی مادران ارتباط آماری معنی‌داری وجود داشت. بین تحصیلات (0.002 =p) و شغل مادر (0.0001 =p) با میانگین نمره آگاهی و نگرش ارتباط معنی‌داری یافت شد.استنتاج: نتایج نشان داد که آگاهی و نگرش مادر بر رفتار شیردهی او اثر معناداری دارد. بنابراین احتمالا می‌توان با افزایش آگاهی و نگرش مادران نسبت به فواید تغذیه با شیر مادر، رفتار شیردهی آن‌ها را ارتقا داد.

Breastfeeding of Infants During The First Two Years of Life and Associated Factors based on BAZNEF Model in Sari, Iran

Background and purpose: Breastfeeding in the first two years of life has great benefits in health promotion and preventing diseases. The aim of this study was to determine breastfeeding practices during the first two years of life based on BASNEF model in Sari, Iran, 2017.Materials and methods: In this crosssectional study, 328 mothers with children youngerthan two years of age were selected by simple random sampling. Data were collected using a researchermade questionnaire according to BASNEF model. Chisquare test and ANOVA were performed to analyze the data.Results: Prevalence of exclusive breastfeeding was 74.4%. Knowledge and attitude towards exclusive breastfeeding were found be good in 41% and 75% of mothers, respectively. Significant relationships were seen between breastfeeding practices and knowledge (P=0.005), attitude (P=0.02), and enabling factors (P=0.02). In addition, significant relationships were seen between the mean scores for knowledge and attitude and mother rsquo;s education level (P= 0.002) and employment status (P= 0.0001).Conclusion: According to this study, mothers rsquo; knowledge and attitude significantly affect their breastfeeding behavior. Therefore, breastfeeding practices could be promoted by increasing the attitude and knowledge of mothers towards the benefits of breastfeeding.
