نگرش پرستاران و دانشجویان پرستاری به مراقبت معنوی در ایران: مرور سیستماتیک و متاآنالیز

سابقه و هدف: درک و نگرش پرستاران و دانشجویان پرستاری نسبت به معنویت و مراقبت معنوی از مهم‌ترین عوامل موثر در فراهم آوردن مراقبت معنوی بیماران به شمار می‌آید. هدف مطالعه حاضر بررسی نگرش به معنویت و مراقبت معنوی در میان پرستاران و دانشجویان پرستاری ایران با استفاده از متاآنالیز می‌باشد.مواد و روش‌ها: با کلید واژه‌های مرتبط، پایگاه‌های ملی و بین المللی مورد جستجو قرار گرفت. اطلاعات مربوط به شناسایی مقاله، روش کار و نتایج مقالات انتخاب شده استخراج شد. جهت بررسی ناهمگونی بین مطالعات از آزمون های کوکران(q) و isquared استفاده شد. جهت براورد میانگین نمره نگرش دانشجویان پرستاری و پرستاران ازمدل اثر تصادفی با فاصله اطمینان 95 درصد در نمودار انباشت (forest plots) محاسبه شد.یافته‌ها: با جستجوی اولیه 1618 مقاله یافت شد که در نهایت 12 مقاله وارد متاآنالیز شد. با ترکیب نتایج مطالعات اولیه میانگین نمره نگرش دانشجویان پرستاری بر اساس پرسشنامه spirituality and spiritual care rating scale با فاصله اطمینان 95 درصد برابر ( 57.93-55.08)56.51 و براساس پرسشنامه spiritual care perspectives scale برابر (51.40-33.07) 42.24 برآورد شده است. هم‌چنین میانگین نمره نگرش پرستاران بر اساس پرسشنامه spiritual care perspectives scale با فاصله اطمینان 95 درصد برابر (39/47-63/38)51.43 و بر اساس پرسشنامه spirituality and spiritual care rating scale برابر ( 54/31-60/92 )57.61 برآورد شده است.استنتاج: مطالعه متاآنالیز حاضر نشان داد که که وضعیت نگرش به معنویت و مراقبت معنوی در میان پرستاران و دانشجویان پرستاری در حد متوسط بوده لذا گنجاندن محتوای درسی معنویت و مراقبت معنوی در دوره چهار ساله آموزش پرستاری و نیز برگزاری کارگاه ها ی دانش افزایی برای پرستاران توصیه می‌شود.

Attitude of Nurses and Nursing Students to Spiritual Care in Iran: A Systematic Review and Meta-analysis

Background and purpose: Attitude of nurses and nursing students toward spirituality and spiritual care is a major factor in meeting patients spiritual needs. This study aimed at investigating the attitude of nurses and nursing students toward spirituality and spiritual care in Iran using a metaanalysis.Materials and methods: National and international databases were searched using relevant keywords. Information about the articles, their methodology, and results were recorded. To examine the heterogeneity between studies Cochran test (Q) and Isquared were used. The mean score for the attitude of nursing students and nurses, and a randomized design with 95% confidence interval was calculated in forest plots.Results: In initial search, 1618 articles were found and eventually 12 were selected according to the study inclusion criteria. By combining the results across preliminary studies, the mean scores for nursing students attitudes were 56.51 (95% CI, 55.0857.93) and 42.24 (95% CI, 33.0751. 40) based on Spirituality and Spiritual Care Rating Scale and Spiritual Care Perspectives Scale, respectively. Also, the mean scores for the nurses attitudes based on Spiritual Care Perspectives Scale and Spirituality and Spiritual Care Rating Scale were 51.43 (95% CI, 39.4763.48) and 57.61 (95% CI, 54.3160.92).Conclusion: Current metaanalysis showed moderate attitude toward spirituality and spiritual care among nurses and nursing students. Therefore, spiritual care modules should be delivered to nursing students and knowledgeintensive workshops should be carried out among nurses.
