کنکاشی بر روند تحولات شاخص های پایداری در نظام بین المللی

زمینه و هدف: شاخص های پایداری به عنوان ابزاری کارآمد جهت کمک به تصمیم گیران  و سیاست گذاران  برای تصمیم گیری بهتر و فعالیت های موثرتر در جهت توسعه پایدار است ، از این رو تاکنون تلاشهای بسیاری در سطح جهانی و سطح ملی برای تدوین شاخص های پایداری مناسب، جامع و موثر انجام یافته است و این فرایند تا کنون متوقف نشده و ادامه خواهد داشت .سپتامبر  2015 مصادف با تصویب اهداف توسعه پایدارsdgs است که جایگزین اهداف توسعه هزاره mdgs خواهد شد. اهداف توسعه پایدار  مجموعه ای کامل و فراگیر از اهداف خرد و کلان را ارایه کرده است که  مشتمل بر شاخص های جامع و فراگیری  نیز خواهد بود .   روش بررسی :این تحقیق  با مروری بر مهم ترین شاخص های پایداری از گذشته تا حال)مشتمل بر csd ، mdg ، epi  و sdgs) تلاش نموده تا به اهمیت شاخص های پایداری و لزوم توجه و استفاده صحیح از آن ها توسط تصمیم گیرندگان اشاره نماید. یافته ها:  در این تحقیق روند شکل گیری و تغییر برخی شاخص های پایداری به تفصیل  اشاره شد  و مفهوم نمره و رتبه شاخص های عملکرد  محیط زیست مورد  بحث و تحلیل قرار گرفت . بحث و نتیجه گیری: بررسی روند تغییرات شاخص های پایداری می تواند  راهنمای تصمیم گیران، در استفاده  بهتر از این مفاهیم برای سیاستگذاری قرارگیرد. شاخص های اهداف توسعه پایدار  sdgs  در بازه زمانی 2015 2030  ابزار  هدایت  و رصد کشورها به سمت توسعه پایدار خواهند بود بنابر این استفاده از این ظرفیت جهانی می تواند الگوی مناسبی را ارزیابی پایداری در سطح ملی ارایه دهد.

An exploration of Changes in the International Sustainability Index

Background and Objectives: Indicators of sustainability as an efficient tool to help decisionmakers and policymakers to make better decisions and work more effectively towards sustainable development, so far, efforts at the global level and national level to develop appropriate sustainability, comprehensive and effective indicators carried out and this process has not stopped yet and will continue. September 2015 coincided with the adoption of sustainable development goals SDGs that will replace the Millennium Development Goals MDGs. Sustainable Development Goals offer exhaustive set of Goals and targets which will be also includes comprehensive indicators. Method of study: This study is an overview of the most important sustainability indicators from past up to present (including CSD, MDGs, EPI& SDGs), and it pointed out paying attention to the importance of sustainability indicators and use them correctly by the decision makers. Results: In this study the formation and changes of some set of sustainability indicators mentioned in details and the concept of the rank and score of environmental performance indicators discussed and analyzed. Reviewing the changes of sustainability indices can guide decisionmakers in making better use of the implications for effective policy making. Indicators of sustainable development goals SDGs will be as tools for monitoring and leading countries towards sustainable development for the period 2015 2030 so this opportunity can offer proper model to assessing sustainability in national level.
