بررسی وضعیت محیط زیستی شهرستان شادگان در راستای توسعه پایدار منطقه ای براساس مدل dpsir

زمینه و هدف: توسعه پایدار منطقه‌ای به‌عنوان یک پارادایم جهانی، به دنبال راه‌هایی برای مقابله بر تهدیدات محیط زیستی است و هدف آن افزایش تعاملات بین جامعه و طبیعت است. این مطالعه به بررسی وضعیت محیط زیستی شهرستان شادگان از دریچه توسعه پایدار منطقه‌ای با استفاده از چارچوب dpsir می پردازد روش بررسی: برای دستیابی به این هدف در سال 1403، ابتدا چارچوب مفهومی با استفاده از تحلیل اسناد، تحقیقات کتابخانه ای، بازدید میدانی و مصاحبه با کارشناسان تدوین شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل آسیب‌پذیری محیط‌زیست شهرستان شادگان، از تکنیک dpsir استفاده گردید. یافته ها: هفت نیروی محرکه موثر بر شهرستان شناسایی شد، که شامل فعالیت کشاورزی، توسعه صنایع پایه، توسعه شهری، تغییرات اقلیمی، پسماند، توسعه راه‌های ارتباطی و عدم هماهنگی در مدیریت یکپارچه شهری است. این نیروها به‌طور مستقیم و غیرمستقیم بر منابع طبیعی، تنوع زیستی و منابع اقتصادی-اجتماعی تاثیر می گذارد.بحث و نتیجه گیری: با توجه به نتایج، رویکرد یکپارچه و همکاری بین نهادهای مختلف برای مدیریت چالش‌ها و بهبود وضعیت محیط‌زیست و کیفیت زندگی ساکنان شهرستان شادگان ضروری می باشد. چارچوب dpsir این مطالعه روابط میان نیروهای محرکه، فشارها و پیامدهای محیط‌زیستی را روشن می کند و راهکارهای عملی برای بهبود شرایط ارایه می دهد. در نتیجه یافته‌ها نقشه ای برای مدیریت پایدار منابع طبیعی و ارتقای استاندارهای زندگی در شهرستان شادگان ارایه می دهدکه به طور بالقوه به عنوان الگویی برای توسعه پایدار منطقه‌ای در سایر مناطق مشابه عمل می کند.

investigating the environmental status of shadgan county in the context of regional sustainable development based on the dpsir model

background and objective: as a global paradigm, regional sustainable development seeks solutions to environmental threats and aims to enhance interactions between society and nature. this study investigates the environmental status of shadgan county through the lens of regional sustainable development utilizing the dpsir framework.material and methodology: to achieve this objective in 2024, a conceptual framework was developed using document analysis, library research, field visits, and expert interviews. the dpsir technique was employed to analyze the environment's vulnerability in shadgan county.findings: seven driving forces affecting the county were identified, which include agricultural activities, the development of basic industries, urban development, climate change, waste, the development of transportation infrastructure, and a lack of coordination in integrated urban management. these forces directly and indirectly affect natural resources, biodiversity, and socio-economic resources.discussion and conclusion: therefore, an integrated approach and collaboration among different entities are essential for managing challenges and improving the environmental status and quality of life for residents of shadgan county. this study's dpsir framework clarifies the relationships among driving forces, pressures, and environmental outcomes, offering practical recommendations for improvement. consequently, the findings provide a roadmap for sustainable natural resource management and enhancement of living standards in shadgan county, potentially serving as a model for regional sustainable development in similar areas.
