تبیین عوامل موثر بر رضایتمندی کاربران از کیفیت محیطی پارک های شهری مبتنی بر متغیرهای سن و جنسیت کاربران، محدوده مورد مطالعه: پارک های شهری بابل

زمینه و هدف: میزان موفقیت یک فضای شهری به میزان رضایت کاربران آن بستگی دارد و رضایتمندی نیز ناشی از برآورده شدن نیازها و انتظارات افراد می باشد. اطلاعات مربوط به انتظارات و ترجیحات کاربران و مشارکت دادن گروه های استفاده کننده می تواند در برنامه ریزی برای طراحی فضاها کارآمد باشد. دستیابی به مولفه های تاثیرگذار بر ارتقاء کیفیت محیطی پارک های شهری از دیدگاه کاربران با ویژگی های فردی متفاوت با هدف رضایتمندی آنان، از اهداف اصلی این پژوهش می باشد و در پی پاسخ دادن به این سوال است که چه تفاوتی میان ترجیحات و انتظارات کاربران از ارتقاء کیفیت محیطی پارک های شهری بر حسب نوع جنس و سن می تواند وجود داشته باشد.روش بررسی: برای استخراج پرسشنامه، با استناد به رویکردهای نظریه پردازان و مطالعه پژوهش ها در عرصه کیفیت محیطی و مصاحبه با متخصصان حوزه شهری، عوامل و معیارهای موثر در کیفیت محیطی پارک های شهری استخراج و پرسشنامه با طیف پنج تایی لیکرت برای سنجش رضایت کاربران به دست آمد. روش تحقیق از نوع توصیفی- پیمایشی است. جامعه مورد بررسی به صورت تصادفی از کاربران دو پارک شهید شکری و نوشیروانی شهر بابل در ساعات و روزهای مختلف تابستان 1396به دست آمده است. پس از بررسی روایی و پایایی پرسشنامه، با روش یومن ویتنی و کروسکال والیس در نرم افزارspss 22 میزان رابطه بین متغیرها به دست آمده است.یافته ها: متغیر جنس در میزان رضایت تفاوت معناداری نداشته؛ ولی متغیر سن بر میزان رضایت تاثیر گذار بوده است. به گونه ای که انتظارات افراد با میانگین سنی بالاتر نسبت به دیگر گروه ها در زیرمجموعه خود بیشتر بوده است.بحث و نتیجه گیری: شاخص های مطرح شده و اولویت بندی آن ها می تواند در بهبود عملکرد طراحان، مجریان و مدیران شهری در پیاده سازی الگوهای مناسب برای طراحی پارک های شهری که متناسب با نیاز کاربران باشد، مورد توجه قرار گیرد.

explaining the effective factors on users' satisfaction with the environmental quality of urban parks based on the variables of age and gender، case study: urban parks in babol

background and objective: the success of an urban space depends on its users’ satisfaction which results from fulfilling people's needs and their expectations. users’ expectations and preferences information and their contributing can be effective in space planning design. the purpose of the researchis to achieve effective components which improve the environmental quality of urban parks from theperspective of users with different personal characteristics. so, a question arises what the difference isbetween users’ preferences and their expectations from environmental quality of urban parks based ontheir gender and age.material and methodology: to extract the questionnaire, based on the theorists’ approaches, studiesin the field of environmental quality, and interviews with urban experts, the effective factors and criteriaon the environmental quality of urban parks were extracted and questionnaire with a five-point likertscale were designed to measure users’ satisfaction. descriptive-survey method is used for the study. thepopulation of the study was randomly selected from shahid shokri and noshirvani park users in babolcity in different hours and days. after assessing the validity and reliability of the questionnaire, therelationship between variables was obtained using the mann whitney and kruskal-wallis tests throughspss software.findings: the results indicate that there is no significant difference between gender and users’satisfaction, however the age affects average satisfaction, so that peoples’ expectations with a higheraverage age are higher than other groups in their subset.discussion and conclusion: the proposed indices and their prioritization can be considered inimproving the performance of designers, executives and city managers in implementing appropriatemodels for the design of urban parks which are in line with the user's needs.
