ارزیابی کارکردهای رهبری سالتوژنیک در شرکت‌های نفتی: تمرکز بر پذیرش انرژی سبز

زمینه و هدف: رهبری زمانی که با ویژگی‌های مربیگری همراه باشد، بهتر قادر به ایجادِ فضای مثبت و ارتقاء تعاملات بین فردی در درون سازمان و تعاملات شرکت با اجتماعی در خارج از سازمان به عنوان مسئولیت اجتماعی است. هدف از این پژوهش ارزیابی کارکردهای سبک رهبری سالتوژنیک در شرکت‌های نفتی با تمرکز بر پذیرش انرژی سبز بوده است.  روش بررسی:  در این پژوهش که از نظر روش شناسی توسعه‌ا‌ی و ترکیبی محسوب می‌شود، تلاش شد تا با اتکا به فرآیندهای تحلیل فراترکیب و دلفی در بخش کیفی پژوهش، اقدام به شناسایی مولفه‌های کارکرد رهبری سالتوژنیک شود. سپس در بخش کمی از تحلیل رتبه بندی تفسیری جهتِ شناسایی اثرگذارترین کارکرد رهبری سالتوژنیک جهت ارزیابی پذیرش انرژی سبز استفاده گردد. جامعه‌ی آماری در بخش کیفی، 18 نفر از متخصصان و خبرگان رشته مدیریت در سطح دانشگاهی بودند و در بخش کمی از مشارکت 24 نفر از مدیران شرکت‌های فعال در شرکت‌های نفتی که چه به لحاظ دانشی و چه به لحاظ تجربی دارای سابقه بودند، بهره برده شد. مبنای انتخاب نمونه، استفاده از روش همگن بود.یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که با توجه به مقایسه زوجی بین مولفه‌های پژوهش، درصدِ تاثیرگذاری مولفه‌ی پیروان استراتژیک نسبت به بقیه مولفه‌های کارکرد رهبری سالتوژنیک نقش موثرتری در پذیرش انرژی‌های سبز دارد، که به معنای این است که جهتِ جاری‌سازی پذیرش انرژی‌های سبز براساس رویکردِ کارکرد رهبری سالتوژنیک در سطح شرکت‌های نفت، نقش هنجارسازی ارزش‌های همسویی با رویکردهای رهبری می‌تواند بسیار موثر باشد.بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: نتیجه کسب شده گویای این است که پیروان استراتژیک با درک عملکردهای رهبری در تلاش هستند تا در مسیر تدوین استراتژیک از نظر توسعه‌ی انرژی‌های سبز حرکت نمایند.

evaluating salutogenic leadership functions in oil companies: focusing on green energy acceptance

background and objective: the purpose of this study was to evaluate the functions of salutogenic leadership style in oil companies with a focus on green energy acceptance.material and methodology: in this research, which is considered as a methodology of development and composition, an attempt was made to identify the components of salutogenic leadership function by relying on meta-synthesis and delphi analysis processes in the qualitative part of the research. this research is considered a methodology of development and composition. an attempt was made to identify the components of salutogenic leadership function by relying on meta-combination and delphi analysis processes in the qualitative part of the research. then, in a quantitative part, interpretive ranking analysis can be used to identify the most effective function of salutogenic leadership to evaluate green energy acceptance. the statistical population in the qualitative section was 18 specialists and experts in the field of management at the university level, and in the quantitative section, the participation of 24 managers of companies operating in oil companies who had both knowledge and experience were experienced. the basis for sample selection was the use of the homogeneous method.  findings: the results showed that of based on the pair scale among the research components, the percentage of strategic follower’s component has a more effective role in green energy acceptance than other components of the salutogenic leadership function.discussion and conclusion: this acceptance means that to streamline the acceptance of green energy based on the approach of salutogenic leadership function at the level of oil companies, the role of normalizing values in line with leadership approaches can be very effective. in other words, strategic followers understand the performance of leadership and try to move in the direction of strategic development in terms of green energy development.
