توسعه شهری اکولوژیک با ارایه معیارهای طراحی شهری اکولوژیک در منطقه 4 شهری تهران

زمینه و هدف: تغییرات شهری در اصول اولیه مرتبط با پایداری هر روز دامنه تخریب وسیعتری را پیش رو قرار می دهد و توجه هر چه بیش تری به شیوه های نوین را می طلبد. هدف کلی تحقیق، توسعه شهری اکولوژیک جهت باز تعریف شهرها برای تبدیل به شبکه ای با اثرات مثبت همراه با بوم و فرهنگ انسانی می باشد. تحقق این رویکرد مستلزم تدوین برنامه‌ها و بازنگری به صورت ضرورتی اجتناب‏ناپذیر است. کلان شهرهایی مانند تهران با مجموعه ای از چالش های اکولوژیکی مواجه هستند.روش بررسی : تحقیق حاضر با اتکا به شیوه های توصیفی و تحلیلی انجام شده است. به علت وجود پیچیدگی های مختلف در تهران، انتخاب  منطقه 4 به عنوان نمونه جهت بررسی عملی تر و ارایه راهکارهای تفضیلی، تاکیدی بر صحت راهبردهای کلان اکولوژیک خواهد بود. با استفاده از روش های ترکیبی و ماتریس swot به شناخت مسایل، تدوین چشم انداز و اهداف اکولوژیک پرداخته شده، سپس معیارها و راهبردهای اکولوژیکی تدوین و با ماتریس qspm، اولویت بندی شده و سهم حوزه های فرعی مشخص شده است.یافته ها: یافته های منطقه 4 نشان می دهد، مهم ترین راهبرد به موضوع کیفیت هوا و صدا ، سازگاری کاربری ها و رشد فضای سبز مرتبط است و اصلی ترین حوزه های فرعی منطقه، حمل و نقل، فضای سبز، احیای هویت، آسایش شهری، کاربری زمین، تقاضای زمین ، آب و انرژی هستند. نتایج می‌تواند مورد استفاده متخصصان، مدیران، سازمان‌ها  قرار گیرد.بحث و نتیجه گیری: نتایج نشان می دهد اجرای معیارهای شهر اکولوژیک، ابزاری جهت حفظ منابع و توسعه شهری پایداراست.  ابعاد کالبدی و محیطی در اولویت هستند همچنین راهبردهای ساختار شهری و بافت منطقه ای اهمیت بالاتری در منطقه 4دارند. روش بکاربرده شده قابل تعمیم در سایر مناطق تهران نیز می باشد.

Ecological Urbanism By Providing Ecological Urban Design Criteria in District 4 of Tehran

Background and Objective: Urban changes related to sustainability in primary cause more destruction in the cities every day and the need of more attention to modern methods of urban development. The overall objective of this study is Ecological Urban Development to redefine cities in order to change to a network and system with positive impacts alongside human culture and ecology. Realization of this approach requires to develop programs and revise as an inevitable necessity. Metropolis like Tehran are facing with a set of ecological challenges.Material and Methodology: The method used in the present study is based on descriptive and analytical practices. Due to the different complexities exist in Tehran, choose District 4 of Tehran for instance for more practical investigation and providing detailed solutions, emphasizing on the validity of macroecological strategies. The identification of issues, development of ecological visions and goals of the region by using a combination of methods and SWOT matrix. Then, the urban ecological criteria and strategies are developed, prioritized and the contribution of each subarea has been identified in these strategies.Findings: The research findings of district4 show that the most important strategy is related to air and sound quality, land use compatibility and green space growth. The main minor field in this district are transportation, green spaces, restoring identity, urban safety, land use, demand for land, water and energy. Results can be used by experts, managers, organizations.Discussion and Conclusion: Implementing ecological criteria is a tool for conservation of resources and sustainable urban development. Physical, environmental dimensions are in the top priority, also urban and regional texture strategies are most important in Region 4. The applied method can be generalized in other district of Tehran.
