بررسی شیوه های ممکن برای نیل به اهداف دانشگاه سبز در دانشگاه فرهنگیان

زمینه و هدف :توجه آموزش عالی و آموزش و پرورش به موضوع مدیریت سبز و آموزش همگانی حفظ محیط زیست نیاز مبرم جوامع در مواجهه با چالش ها و بحران های اساسی زیست محیطی بوده و برای نقش آفرینی و پیشرو بودن دانشگاه ها و مدارس در عرصه  مسئولیت های اجتماعی برنامه ریزی و اقدام های فکورانه و پایه ای ضرورت دارد. دانشگاه فرهنگیان رکن اصلی تحول بنیادین در آموزش و پرورش باید نقش ارزشمندتر و متمایزتری از دیگر دانشگاه ها در ایجاد فرهنگ حامی محیط زیست ایفا نماید در این راستا هدف این پژوهش بررسی شیوه های تبدیل شدن دانشگاه فرهنگیان به دانشگاه سبز بوده است.روش بررسی: رویکرد پژوهش کیفی، روش تحقیق «مطالعه موردی » بوده و از همه منابع پیش بینی شده در تحقیق های موردی برای جمع آوری داده ها استفاده گردید. همچنین برای تحلیل داده ها از استراتژی تحلیل مضمون  و برای جمع آوری و تحلیل داده ها از نرم افزار maxqda2018  استفاده گردید، این تحقیق در سال 1398 در دانشگاه فرهنگیان انجام شده است.یافته ها: یافته های تحلیل مضامین 7 مضمون اصلی و فراگیر، 30 مضمون فرعی سازمان دهنده و 380 مضامین پایه را نمایان ساخت دانشگاه فرهنگیان برای رسیدن به اهداف دانشگاه سبز باید در 7 بعد (مضمون فراگیر و اصلی) «آموزش و یادگیری»؛ «مشارکت و شبکه تعاملات اجتماعی»؛ «سسیستم مدیریت زیست محیطی»؛ پژوهش، فناوری و نوآوری»؛ «رهبری و برنامه ریزی»؛ «نظارت، ارزیابی و گزارش دهی» و «مدیریت منابع انسانی و مالی» اقدام نماید.بحث و نتیجه گیری: با بررسی یافته های پژوهش نتیجه گیری شد که پیوندهای آشکار کارکردهای اصلی دانشگاه یعنی آموزش، پژوهش و فعالیت های پایدار روزمره دانشگاه، با رهیافت کل دانشگاه برای توسعه پایداری زیست محیطی، مدیریت سبز و دانشگاه سبز، می تواند دانشجویان را به حفظ و احترام به محیط زیست در جهان واقعی و رسیدن به شهر سبز و جامعه سبز سوق دهد.

Study possible ways to achieve the objectives of Green University in Farhangian University

Background and Objectives:The importance of higher education and education to the issue of green management and public education. The academics and teachers of any community are the most prestigious group for developing cultural and environmental activities. Universities and schools can be recognized as a successful example and an evolving model for spaces outside the university. The farhangian University, the pivot of the fundamental transformation in education, can play a more valuable and distinct role than other universities in creating a culture of environmental support. In this regard, the purpose of this study was to investigate the ways of converting the University of Cultural Studies to the Green University.Material and Methodology:  The method of qualitative research, the method of research is &case study&, and use all of the resources envisaged in case studies; direct observation, semistructured interviewing, in the form of a focal group, analysis of documents and human artifacts for data collection. Also, for data analysis, the content analysis strategy was used to collect data, create databases and analyze data using MAXQDA2018 software. Three types of trilogy, data trilogy were also used to trust, credibility and reassure the research. The Trinity, the Trinity, and the theoretical trinity, have been done.Fidings:The content of the theme analysis, the 7 main themes, the 30 main themes of the organizer and 380 general themes, has been identified by the farhangian University to achieve the goals of the Green University, in 7 dimensions (mainstream content) &Learning and learning &Participation and Networking of Social Interactions &Environmental Management System Research, Technology and Innovation & Leadership and Planning & Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting and& Human Resource Management &. Should take action.Discussion Conclusion: By studying the research findings, it was concluded that the obvious links between the main functions of the university the continuous education, research and everyday activities of the university, with the general approach of the University for the development of environmental sustainability and green management and the green campus to the students in preserving and respecting The environment helps the real world and reaches the green city and the green community. In a university, as a small town, if the goal is to develop an environmental culture and green management, all the affiliated sectors must be taken into consideration. Therefore, coordination and complementarity between the functional units of the university is recommended in achieving the objectives of the Green University.
