بررسی تکنیک fahp بر اساس چهار معیار اقتصادی،اجتماعی، زیست محیطی و اکولوژیکی در منطقه چادگان

زمینه و هدف: کشور ما در حال گذار پرچالش هزینه بر و طولانی مدت در عرصه های اقتصادی  اجتماعی سیاسی فرهنگی و تکنولوژیک است. شناخت شهر و منطق های، که شهر در آن واقع است، بر اساس چنین نگرش محقق می‏شود.روش بررسی: تحلیل های هزینه – فایده و ابزارهایی همچون شاخص‏های پایداری و رد پای زیست محیطی، از جمله راه های دیگری برای پیشبرد توجه به تاثیرات بلند مدت توسعه کنونی هستند.مدل fahp یکی از معروف ترین روش های تصمیم گیری چند منظوره برای وضعیت هایی است که سنجه های چندگانه دارند.یافته ها: در این مقاله با محاسبه وزن و رتبه بندی معیارها و زیر معیارهای موثر در تخصیص و پهنه بندی کاربری اراضی شهری در 7 مرحله بر اساس تکنیک fahp انجام شده است. به منظور تدوین یک راهکار پایدار در مورد توسعه های شهری فعلی و آتی باید دانش بهتری را مورد سازگاری مناطق ساخته شده فعلی( اعم از شهر، حاشیه شهری و حومه ای) با عوامل محیطی طبیعی ضروری می باشد.بحث و نتیجه گیری: بر این اساس، نتایج به ترتیب با توجه به نمودار ها، ارائه شده اند.به نحوی که نتایج وزنی دهی شده لایه های اطلاعات موضوعی مربوط به هر یک از زیر معیار ها (شاخص ها) نیز در نمودار ها آورده شده اند. مدل تخصیص و پهنه بندی اراضی شهری مبتنی بر میزان مطلوبیت در 4 کلاس یا گروه  می‏باشد که در آنالیز روش حد بالا، حد وسط و حد پائین نمرات یا امتیازات هر یک از معیارها  براساس زیرمعیارهای مرتبط به هر یک از آنها جهت تعیین و مشخص نمودن دامنه تغییرات (حدود تغییرات) و با در نظر گرفتن میزان تاثیر هر یک از زیر معیارها، نتایج به تفکیک هر یک از معیارهای چهارگانه و زیرمعیارهای مربوط به آنها استفاده شده است.

A survey of FAHP based on four economic, social, environmental and ecological criteria in Chadegan region

Background and Objective Our country is going in a costly and longterm challenge in the socioeconomic, political, cultural and technological arena. City recognition and the region in which the city is located is based on such an attitude.Material and Methodology: Costbenefit analysis and some tools such as sustainability indicators and environmental issues are among other ways to promote attention to longterm impacts of the current development. FAHP model is one of the most popular multipurpose decision making methods for situations with multiple measures.Finding: In this study, by calculating the weight and ranking of effective criteria and subcriteria in the allocation and zoning of urban land use in 7 stages, FAHP technique has been applied. In order to formulate a sustainable solution for current and future urban development, it is necessary to have better knowledge about the adaptation of current constructed areas (including cities, suburban areas) with natural environmental factors.Discussion and Conclusion: Hence, the results are presented based on the charts as weighted results of the thematic information layers related to each of the subcriteria (indices) are also given in the charts. The model of allocation and zoning of urban land is based on the degree of desirability in 4 classes or groups, which in the analysis of the method of high, middle and low limits of scores or each criterion scores based on the subcriteria related to each of them are considered to determine the changes scope (changes limit) and by considering the effect of each of subcriteria, the results are used based on the four criteria and subcriteria related to them.
